Wonderful location and fabulous view of the space needle. A great hotel where you can walk to domany attractions!
Chris exceeded my expectations on his service towards my family
WAter pressure was low
I had a room with a balcony facing the space needle. When the light is on in evening, it looks like a space ship is flying over there. Although the room looks a bit used, the view has made up everything. The room size is good too. A comfortable stay.
It is a downtown location with walking distance to department stores and malls. However, at night as early as after 7:30 pm, the streets around turn to be very dark and quite. You won't feel safe to walk to the hotel after 9:00 pm if you are new in the city.
Excellent room, fantastic view over the city and easy access to the Space Needle and Pike Place market. Good bar with a particularly fine tapas menu.
As always, Seattle weather unpredictable. The water pressure in the hand basin taps was too low.
Staff at front desk who checked us in and the African american brunette in the evenings were extremely pleasant helpful and fun. The room was perfectly comfortable and view was spectacular Location was fantastic
Cleanliness, professional staff
Parking is located in another Building - where is no elevator !!!
The location within easy walking distance to Anthony's and the market and the harbor. The Room was spacious and comfortable and the staff extremely courteous and helpful.
We only had one night there! Would love to have stayed longer.
Lobby is a bit charmless
after paying 400$ for Saturday night we could not shower the next morning as the hotel did not have hot water all day
The view was amazing! We stayed on the 17th floor corner room!!!! Can't even put in words how incredibly happy we were!
front desk staff
price was ridiculous
No hot water Towels were very thin Bed was very uncomfortable
Bar or Restaurant closed early. Pay for Wifi. Hardley anyone charges for WiFi anymore.
Pool, location. Room very clean and quiet.
Housekeeper banging loudly on our door at 8:30 am. Also disappointed that we didn't get room with view of space needle despite specific request.
No tooth brush.....
senior employees are friendly and helpful
facilities is too old, a little noisy.
The room they upgraded me to was on the 17th floor right behind the elevators. It was actually a really cool room because it had a floor to ceiling window in the bathroom plus a princess balcony/floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom. I was worried about the noise from the elevators at first, but it wasn't a problem with the bathroom door closed. I didn't check out the pool area, so can't comment. Very close to the hotel where my convention was located (that hotel was sold out). Easy walking distance to Pike Place market. There is a little (expensive but nice) food store right across the street.
They do not have a refrigerator in the room... just one of those mini bars where you have to "break the tab" to get into it. SERIOUSLY?? In a hotel costing that much they cant trust us with an actual fridge/mini bar set up. They really need to change that. Makes you feel like a criminal or something. Plus no room for my bottle of water to stay cold.
Just accros Canada place, great restaurants just a walk away and beatiful views to water front.
Nothing really bothered us.
Good location, staff very helpful and friendly very clean rooms big beds Restaurant and bar very good. We will stay there again when we return in a few years time
Loved the view of the Space Needle! Great location within walking distance of quite a few excellent restaurants.
The pool is smaller than it looks on the website (and it's also in the basement).
We had stayed at the Warwick in NY and liked it enough to book it in Seattle. The place was fine, if not great. However...
We forgot our passports in the room safe. We remembered the day after checking out and we were still in Seattle. I called and they told me they had found them. I picked them up ten minutes later and asked the front desk manager why they wouldn't contact me about my loss? They had my email address as they asked for my reveiw even before we checked out. They said it was their policy to put anything from the safe into the lost and found, and thats it. For a company that prides itself on customer service, they probably should rethink this myopic policy
The view was amazing, proximity to everything was perfect. I loved the balcony and that they opened for a beautiful nights breeze. The concierge was very knowledgable.
I thought the staff could of been more knowledgable about where to eat and recommendations. Not very helpful when their concierge wasn't there or available.
Good location, easy to reach some tourist spot. The room are big, enough for family with two kids and some lugages. Comfort bed. Clean.
No complimentary parking lot for guest. Park in house very expensive, $35 a night, tax not included. Much better park on the street after 8 pm till 8 am ( free )
My room overlooked the Space Needle and cost $170 with tax, much lower than normal rack rates. Great location.
Parking fees are high but less than some other hotels. You can park overnight in the lot behind the hotel for $14 if you leave by 8:am.
The staff was really friendly and attentive to all of our needs. It was definitely relaxing.
The fact that the pool closed at 12:00am
