No elevator from parking floor to lobby?
Very friendly staffs, nice parking area, Movie theatre, Cafe, Restaurants around! Lovely .
The view and location affordable luxury
Staff was not very friendly.
Very comfortable, quiet room.
If I had to chose, I would say the pool. The bleach/ chlorine was so heavy that our noses were burning. We get that it's necessary but if the place was cleaner it might have made more sense. Lots of scum everywhere. The photos of the pool were those of a bright spacious area. Not so. Dark, dingy and small. Don't book your stay on what you think the pool will be.
We loved that Margeaux (the restaurant below) was open late and the food was out of this world. The staff were amazing and made the trip better.
old hotel smell everywhere not ONE hi-def channel on the TV front desk staff overpriced-4-star price for 3-star (max!) property
location free wifi
The location was perfect! One of our best stays in Seattle!
Loved the room, location and price!
the cleaning staff scooped up my nightshirt when they took towels from the bathroom. I thought the towels would be left unless they were on the floor. I was trying to save water AND keep my nightshirt. Oh well. parking was expensive!
staff were consistently friendly and had personality.
Ensuite getting tired, minimal hot water, seems to be resting on its previous reputation.
Location was an excellent base to look around
- hot tub was dirty - balcony was not even a proper balcony - not enough outlets in the rooms
- the bed was comfortable - rooms were spacious - hotel restaurant was delicious
Rooms are a little small (for 2 single gals), also the bathroom particularly small.
The Staff were very helpful and friendly, went the extra mile. The location is great, surrounded by lots of great restaurants and bars.
Great place to bring the new years in!
they charge to park even though the Valet didn't offer to park the car
Always pleasant staff the restaurant is great!
During our stay they were renovating the lobby- was only a minor inconvenience. Check in and out was still really efficient.
It's within walking distance to many of the attractions in Seattle- Pike Place market, downtown shopping, waterfront, Seattle Center. Yet, it is not right in the middle of all the tourists. It's a really good value for the money. Rooms have been recently refurnished. It's worth the money to get a room on an upper floor with a view. We had a view of the space needle and Elliot Bay, was wonderful. Great restaurants nearby for breakfast- check out Dahlia Bakery and Lola's.
Castor on chair was broken. My Fiance leaned over to kiss me and we both fell because the chair was not stable (we are not overweight at all). She had brusing from the fall and I need to see a chiropractor with a pinched nerve in my back. Promised to have Manager call and he never did.
Room could have been cleaner.
Location, view, helpful staff.
No ventilator in the bathroom
Everything is delightful. Staff is especially friendly and helpful. The sliding door on the juliette balcony actually slides ALL the way open, for fresh air.
Some construction going on in lobby closing off parts of it which was a little inconvenient. Bathroom could have used a little updating.
Room had wonderful view. Bed was really comfortable and nice layout of room. Staff was very friendly and helpful!
Front desk staff wasn't very helpful with directions or any concerns that arose during the stay. Had to park on the top floor of the parking garage with no elevators which meant dragging all of our bags up and down 7 flights of stairs with a family in tow. There doesn't seem to be ground floor (entry level) parking available so be prepared to scale at least a few flights. It appears there is a front lobby for dropping off but it was under construction during our stay (the last weekend before Christmas which seems a little poorly planned). We were double charged for parking but the staff basically said we had to straighten that out with the valet and didn't have time so just ate that. The bed was EXTREMELY hard - was up all night with aching hips.
The location was about the only plus. The attached restaurant was also good.
We were not informed of the construction going on. The front lobby construction wasn't much of an issue for us; however the construction,in what sounded like the room directly above us, was incredibly annoying and resulted in us leaving the room. Luckily the pool was vacant. We could hear hammering, drilling, screws dropping and furniture being slid around above us. It stopped at night, but picked up again around 9am the next morning. So much for sleeping in with our late checkout.
Staff was very polite and helpful for the most part. Checked in and check out was simple and quick.
We were not aware that the lobby was under renovation. Luckily we were on the 17th floor so we weren't bothered by any noise.
Central location, beautiful room and a view of the space needle. We mentioned that we were visiting for our anniversay and were surprised to find a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries in our room. Very thoughtful staff. We will stay here again.
One exception should be noted with regards to the bellman that was on when we checked in. He was rude and brisk and not at all helpful. The front desk staff apologized for this and I unfortunately did not get his name or would have notified management.
I liked the location of the hotel and the front desk staff were great. Overall the stay was nice. The pool is small but ok, the water in the hot tube could have been cleaner so we didn't stay long due to the brown foam that showed itself while we were there.
Bathrooms need remodeled.
phone, hot tub and pool were out of service. Exit staff was rude
The restaurant was so so...
The Warwick hotel in Seattle is a great choice for a business stay in downtown Seattle. The service is friendly, the room is clean and well equipped. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and will consider it in future visits to this area.
