Pool, location. Room very clean and quiet.

Housekeeper banging loudly on our door at 8:30 am. Also disappointed that we didn't get room with view of space needle despite specific request.

The room they upgraded me to was on the 17th floor right behind the elevators. It was actually a really cool room because it had a floor to ceiling window in the bathroom plus a princess balcony/floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom. I was worried about the noise from the elevators at first, but it wasn't a problem with the bathroom door closed. I didn't check out the pool area, so can't comment. Very close to the hotel where my convention was located (that hotel was sold out). Easy walking distance to Pike Place market. There is a little (expensive but nice) food store right across the street.

They do not have a refrigerator in the room... just one of those mini bars where you have to "break the tab" to get into it. SERIOUSLY?? In a hotel costing that much they cant trust us with an actual fridge/mini bar set up. They really need to change that. Makes you feel like a criminal or something. Plus no room for my bottle of water to stay cold.

Loved the view of the Space Needle! Great location within walking distance of quite a few excellent restaurants.

The pool is smaller than it looks on the website (and it's also in the basement).

We had stayed at the Warwick in NY and liked it enough to book it in Seattle. The place was fine, if not great. However...

We forgot our passports in the room safe. We remembered the day after checking out and we were still in Seattle. I called and they told me they had found them. I picked them up ten minutes later and asked the front desk manager why they wouldn't contact me about my loss? They had my email address as they asked for my reveiw even before we checked out. They said it was their policy to put anything from the safe into the lost and found, and thats it. For a company that prides itself on customer service, they probably should rethink this myopic policy

The view was amazing, proximity to everything was perfect. I loved the balcony and that they opened for a beautiful nights breeze. The concierge was very knowledgable.

I thought the staff could of been more knowledgable about where to eat and recommendations. Not very helpful when their concierge wasn't there or available.

Good location, easy to reach some tourist spot. The room are big, enough for family with two kids and some lugages. Comfort bed. Clean.

No complimentary parking lot for guest. Park in house very expensive, $35 a night, tax not included. Much better park on the street after 8 pm till 8 am ( free )

My room overlooked the Space Needle and cost $170 with tax, much lower than normal rack rates. Great location.

Parking fees are high but less than some other hotels. You can park overnight in the lot behind the hotel for $14 if you leave by 8:am.

The fact that the pool closed at 12:00am

great location, staff was super helpful, great lunch value in restaraunt

stayed in a suite that was spacious but needed a serious make over, particularly in the bathroom. It is scheduled to be done, but they should hurry it up

The hotel was nice. Front Desk awesome- Room clean but very very used. Bathroom same very used. I hate the wall mounted hairdryers. If you are paying upwards of 400 a nite for a hotel they could have a real hairdryer. Restaurant was a great value. Great location.

HOTEL needs lots of love. Elevators are torn up, paint lacking just neeeds updating.

Great location in the center of Seattle. Very comfortable room. Convenient parking.

WiFi was an additional cost (at a profiteering high rate). No elevator in the parking garage.

Location was great, and it was a nice clean appointed room

The wifi which we had to pay for was sloooow. I didn't even bother taking out another day after I kept on getting kicked out continually the first day. The parking was also quite steep.

Overall the hotel was fairly nice. Rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Nice restaurant downstairs.

Hotel was pretty good for the price, but when they doubled the price for the next night we went elsewhere.

Beautiful hotel, Great location, & friendly Staff. The garage parking cost was outrageous but the guest service rep was nice enough to comp me for my birthday. My friends & I would definitely stay again!

Parking Cost is a bit much but that's Seattle for ya

The location was excellent...very close to space needle and Pike's Market. We manged to get a great deal on the room at just over $125 a night for 2 queen beds.

The staff were friendly enough but not successful at any request. There was valet parking but it wasn't explained that it was included so I parked the car myself...which was 7 floors up without an elevator on a very poorly lit floor. I'd give the room 7 out of 10 for cleanliness. The pool could have been cleaned aides bounced along the bottom and the water was a little murky. I had specifically asked for a quiet room during the booking process and was given a room by the elevator and the ice machine.
