- the bed was comfortable - rooms were spacious - hotel restaurant was delicious
- hot tub was dirty - balcony was not even a proper balcony - not enough outlets in the rooms
The Staff were very helpful and friendly, went the extra mile. The location is great, surrounded by lots of great restaurants and bars.
Rooms are a little small (for 2 single gals), also the bathroom particularly small.
Great place to bring the new years in!
Always pleasant staff the restaurant is great!
they charge to park even though the Valet didn't offer to park the car
It's within walking distance to many of the attractions in Seattle- Pike Place market, downtown shopping, waterfront, Seattle Center. Yet, it is not right in the middle of all the tourists. It's a really good value for the money. Rooms have been recently refurnished. It's worth the money to get a room on an upper floor with a view. We had a view of the space needle and Elliot Bay, was wonderful. Great restaurants nearby for breakfast- check out Dahlia Bakery and Lola's.
During our stay they were renovating the lobby- was only a minor inconvenience. Check in and out was still really efficient.
Castor on chair was broken. My Fiance leaned over to kiss me and we both fell because the chair was not stable (we are not overweight at all). She had brusing from the fall and I need to see a chiropractor with a pinched nerve in my back. Promised to have Manager call and he never did.
Location, view, helpful staff.
Room could have been cleaner.
Everything is delightful. Staff is especially friendly and helpful. The sliding door on the juliette balcony actually slides ALL the way open, for fresh air.
No ventilator in the bathroom
Room had wonderful view. Bed was really comfortable and nice layout of room. Staff was very friendly and helpful!
Some construction going on in lobby closing off parts of it which was a little inconvenient. Bathroom could have used a little updating.
The location was about the only plus. The attached restaurant was also good.
Front desk staff wasn't very helpful with directions or any concerns that arose during the stay. Had to park on the top floor of the parking garage with no elevators which meant dragging all of our bags up and down 7 flights of stairs with a family in tow. There doesn't seem to be ground floor (entry level) parking available so be prepared to scale at least a few flights. It appears there is a front lobby for dropping off but it was under construction during our stay (the last weekend before Christmas which seems a little poorly planned). We were double charged for parking but the staff basically said we had to straighten that out with the valet and didn't have time so just ate that. The bed was EXTREMELY hard - was up all night with aching hips.
Staff was very polite and helpful for the most part. Checked in and check out was simple and quick.
We were not informed of the construction going on. The front lobby construction wasn't much of an issue for us; however the construction,in what sounded like the room directly above us, was incredibly annoying and resulted in us leaving the room. Luckily the pool was vacant. We could hear hammering, drilling, screws dropping and furniture being slid around above us. It stopped at night, but picked up again around 9am the next morning. So much for sleeping in with our late checkout.
Central location, beautiful room and a view of the space needle. We mentioned that we were visiting for our anniversay and were surprised to find a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries in our room. Very thoughtful staff. We will stay here again.
We were not aware that the lobby was under renovation. Luckily we were on the 17th floor so we weren't bothered by any noise.
I liked the location of the hotel and the front desk staff were great. Overall the stay was nice. The pool is small but ok, the water in the hot tube could have been cleaner so we didn't stay long due to the brown foam that showed itself while we were there.
One exception should be noted with regards to the bellman that was on when we checked in. He was rude and brisk and not at all helpful. The front desk staff apologized for this and I unfortunately did not get his name or would have notified management.
Bathrooms need remodeled.
phone, hot tub and pool were out of service. Exit staff was rude
The Warwick hotel in Seattle is a great choice for a business stay in downtown Seattle. The service is friendly, the room is clean and well equipped. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and will consider it in future visits to this area.
The restaurant was so so...
The staff and cleanliness
I was a bit cold but maybe because I was sick and couldn't quite get the room to heat up.
bathtub still had hair in it when we checked in. Carpets were pretty dirty. Not what you expect for the price you are paying.
Location Staff Room size
Wi Fi intermittent
View of Space Needle from our room was special, especially at night. So ask for a room on a higher floor with this view. The attached restaurant was excellent choice for breakfast. The hotel is centrally located for a short walk to Pike's Market and the Space Needle. Would recommend this hotel and would happily stay there again.
Noise from the adjoining room.
With a fantastic view of the Space Needle, this hotel is located right across the street from the headquarters of Seattle's landmark record label Sub Pop Records. Also within walking distance from all must-see locations such as Pike Market Place, El Corazon, the EMP museum and many more. The hotel itself is worth the money and the staff was great giving us tips and printing out directions for us. I'm definitely going back to the Warwick.
Leaving Seattle always heartbreaking
Wonderful location and fabulous view of the space needle. A great hotel where you can walk to domany attractions!
Chris exceeded my expectations on his service towards my family
WAter pressure was low
I had a room with a balcony facing the space needle. When the light is on in evening, it looks like a space ship is flying over there. Although the room looks a bit used, the view has made up everything. The room size is good too. A comfortable stay.
It is a downtown location with walking distance to department stores and malls. However, at night as early as after 7:30 pm, the streets around turn to be very dark and quite. You won't feel safe to walk to the hotel after 9:00 pm if you are new in the city.
Excellent room, fantastic view over the city and easy access to the Space Needle and Pike Place market. Good bar with a particularly fine tapas menu.
As always, Seattle weather unpredictable. The water pressure in the hand basin taps was too low.
