The decor is very nice and so is the location. With resturants and fairly decent parking surrounding the hotel.
Parking in the garage was too expensive. My mattress was not very comfy and the linen on the bed was what seemed to be a shift made duvet. Besides that I was very happy.
My stay here was terrible. There were NO facilities available during the renovations. I could not even get water to drink. I had booked in for 3 days and couldn't stay more than one because it was so bad. Booking.com not able to help me avoid paying for a second night even though I was not staying there. Hotel should not be taking in guests until it has services. Noise and dirt levels unacceptable. Luckily Director of rooms had sense and decided only to charge me for one night but I was lucky to meet her just before I left. The whole experience was terrible and both booking.com and the hotel are at fault here.
