paying for the internet
The location and helpful staff.
Very professional and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable
Food was only fair to mediocre. Parking garage was dimly lit
All else was very good
Having to pay for parking.
I loved the super comfy bed and the fact that the hotel is within walking distance of many nice restaurants and entertainment. The staff was awesome. I also loved that there is a Starbucks in the hotel.
The hotel restaurant, bar, and gift store are all way over priced. The Internet is over 10 dollars for 24 hours but doesn't even offer a signal strong enough to upload pictures to facebook. Luckily, the wifi is free if you sign up for their rewards program.
Staff is open and friendly and super helpful
No mini bar
Staff was very very nice and went out of their way to be welcoming.
The entire package
Add a review for those of us traveling with a service dog. The staff did not seem to understand the difference between a service dog and a pet when asking for a waiver
The bar staff was outstanding, charming and very accommodating. The rooms were spacious and nice.
The line manager and his people were living in a parallel universe. They call their shuttle service a courtesy one, however they managed to keep us on the curbs of the street after a business meeting for two hours. It took me at least 30 minutes of international roaming calls to try to get them to pick us up or even to order us a taxi, which we would happily pay for. The line manager said "I am not in the taxi ordering business". With such an attitude, I was wondering how he can be in any kind of business!!! So much about helping out a let down client of theirs. It was like talking to lobectomic people, a sheer nightmare. First they promised us to pick us up in 15 min, when - of course - I had to call them back, because they put the phone down on me without a normal confirmation, than on my second call, they confirmed. Than I called them back after waiting 30 min, where the shuttle was, and they said it will be there in 20 min, starting out in a few minutes... They never answered to the question, how can it be 20 min when it was 15 min 30 min ago? Than I cancelled, but called back within 2 minutes as figured out I can't get a taxi on the street and asked for the shuttle again and they quoted an extra hour telling me all kinds of different reasons. When complaining, they kept put me on hold -international European roaming, mind you, - and kept passing me to each other. The front line manager put me first on hold, than after 5 min, after my first sentence, he cut me off and transferred me to a colleague, who after I told her what I wanted and explained the whole story, transferred back to the manager without any action or comments. I have talked to 6 different people, and they kept ping-pong-ing me between themselves, spicing it up by putting me on hold various times, without making a single decision or complying with my request of at least call a cab for me.
Comfortable room, nice view
I do not like hotels with a separate internet charge. I travel with a computer, iPad, and iPhone. The hotel charges $10.95 per device. I did not bother connecting my phone. As with many other hotels with a separate internet charge, the actual internet service is inferior (and slow to connect).
Beds were super comfy, location close/walking distance to a 7-11. Room was very clean and large. Bar offered drink specials till 11pm.
There was a fee for parking on hotel grounds. Shower was a bit difficult to use, pulling the stopper wasn't easy. Not much variety for a late night snack other than 7-11.
Helpful front desk employees.
The air conditioner was extremely loud when it came on and would wake me throughout the night.
Clean, quiet, and good location.
The shuttle service was unreliable and hard to use.
Slooooooow service at Mica
I loved the location.
Nice bar & lounge
$10/day for Internet $15/refrigerator on room
Pool out of service
The staff was really very very cooperative.
Swiming pool was closed.
I like how nice the staff is and how approachable they are with a nice smile. They made me felt welcomed
The house keeping lady on the 11th floor. Not she if every floor has a different one but the lady knocked twice and let herself in. But she didn't since I locked it. But I could've been naked and I was asleep. That made me feel not as comfortable as I should be.
My Wife and I loved everything about your hotel and will return
The staff was very helpful and friendly. We l needed service, the staff was right on time.
Everything in the hotel was great!
