it was not made clear that the breakfast had to be paid. breakfast was also quite poor
Generally tired and scruffy Food not very imaginative or tasty Poor lighting in rooms
Front desk was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Room was as promised, clean and comfortable.
The parking lot for $35 per day
location is great for our family
rooms need updated
Everything was good. Staff, position, breakfast and the weather !
Nice safe neighborhood
Cleaning of bathroom was poor No easy access to Metro
Kitchen staff (TG especially) were very nice
But I cannot tell the same thing for the front desk.
Surly staff, incorrect information at desk, inconvenient parking system
The cleanliness, house keeping facilities and the cordial behavior of the staff specially at front desk.
I planned to checkout a day earlier pass on this information to the hotel authorities even then they charge me a night because they inform me that my room is booked by the third party so you have to pay or if I booked the same room direct then they don't charge and refund me the amount.
they helped when my flight was cancelled from Ohare and didnt charge me for rm one night. Always called me by name every day
Outstanding services provided by staff, esp. Moyses, Bryant, Fashon, Manny, Zac. Definitely will come back.
Friendliness Easy access to downtown DC Service excellent
Rooms were very nice but could use some upkeep
Farther then I wanted from location of meetings I was there to attend but otherwise great hotel.
room had been smoked in, sink was clogged, toilet was dubious
Clean room, updated room, updated hotel, good service, free WiFi, professional staff, free coffee & snacks, free shuttle will take you 1.5 miles
Close to restaurants, quiet location, friendly and helpful staff, close to public transport where else in the world would you pay $1 on a bus to travel into the the heart of Washington and a very informative driver re tourism.
Restaurant food. Poor selections and poor quality.
Your hospitality and friendly staff.
Circulator bus just outside door made travel to Downtown simple
The comfy beds!
The front desk lady was kinda rude.
The location was excellent and you could walk to major stores plus the buses ran pretty much all the time. It was clean and comfortable. The concierge was very nice and helpful. The housekeeping and room service were efficient
For the price, they could have considered giving complimentary breakfast. The cost of parking was a bit steep and exploitative at $30 per night. I ended up spending 4 nights so you do the maths. The staff acted put upon when you were making enquiries from them which was quite annoying and I had to move to a new room for my last night. They were unable to accommodate me at my old room. That was a bit of a drag. I left an item in the old room and till I left, no one in the lost and found department was available to give me any sort of information or help me find what I left.
Staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean and nice. Great value and central location for visiting Georgetown and/or American University areas. Breakfast was decent also. Location can't be beat!
The clock radio next to the bed was broken, so we couldn't tell what time it was. The bottom buttons on the phone were not connecting so I had to call the front desk everytime I needed something. Relatively minor issues. All else was good.
Rude staff at check-in.
