The reception manger couldn't do enough to help us and even though her shift had ended she wouldn't go home till we were happy with our room
Very good customer service from all staff especially Genet in Reception and Chef who made fresh Breakfast, Mohammed in Dinning. Breakfast was good variety
Corridors were a bit dated but clean
Proximity to metro, Georgetown, DuPont circle, great restaurants, easy access. Staff was wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. Best hamburger ever!
Room a little small for two. Had to coordinate traffic in the room. However a great value.
responsiveness and courtesy of staff
bed too soft
Friendly, professional staff Reasonable price Room was fairly comfortable Laundry and dry cleaning was good and reasonably priced Convenient location for me, but it is more in Dupont Circle than Georgetown
Bathrooms and public spaces were faded and worn Gym and pool were very basic
Helpful friendly staff, the bed, the coffee maker. Perfect location near Du Pont circle and public transport.
Could not find a tv channel that was not a pay channel. Not even news was free.
Good location in between the centre and Georgetown. Lobby was nicely refurbished.
Room too small and totally outdated, bed to small, parking at $36 a day outrageously expensive.
Being within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The staff are very helpful in getting cabs and always will speak to you first and help you in any way!!!! I'm James from Bluefield< W.V.
Our rooms faced the construction area, but that didn't bother us to much because we were out doing the sites of your great city, Washington D.C. our nations capital!!!!!!!! I'm James from Bluefield, W.V.
friendly staff & helpful ,complementary water & cookies in lobby, coffee machine available in room with complementary tea & coffee ..mini mart inside hotel & ATM machine as well. Location is perfect everything is near either by walking or using the metro stations .., 24 hr pharmacy located near to the hotel
The room has not a safety box to keep my value things which was weird or a mini refrigerator.. room service food wasn't that delicious it was written that there's a steam sauna near to the indoor swimming pool, but it's no longer there because it's closed
The breackfast was good, there is a cookman that make eggs, waffle and puncake express. The pool was confortable and also the gym, clean and have a lots of good stuff.
We have booked a triple room but upon check in they given us a double room which was added a single bed (a cot than a bed). The personal won't be able to find us a new smart solution.
No in-room safe
Hotel is in great location for sightseeing, close to restaurants. The hotel staff are helpful and hotel was clean and tidy.
Ordered a room with two double beds, on arrival room only had one bed. Hotel was full as it was Labor Day w/e, although not ideal a rollout bed was very quickly arranged for our daughter and our room was discounted on departure.
Only the location
Evvvvverything, if you put your money in different hotel it will be a lot better. It's not a four stars hotel at all!!!! Parking is expensive and the area is full of other lot cheaper parking. Internet is 12 dollars!!! Who still do that! And you have to pay even for the printer!!! Come on! The rooms are small, the carpet small bad! The bathrooms very very very bad! I took too rooms and both had big problem in the bathroom. When you first enter you think " oh, how nice!" Because all the employers greet you. But it's worse in the real! Washington is a great city. And the M street is close to you. But I hated the hotel very much! Plus I hate the breakfast guy! :)
The front desk staff was wonderful! Very professional and you could tell she would anything to make our stay a positive experience. We used your Valet parking and they were great and also professional. Will come here again.
On checkout the bill was incorrect- an excess of nearly $100 including room service to a room on a floor I had not even been on. No free wifi in the bedrooms. My final bill was pushed under my door at 2am on the morning of my departure- some 10 hours before I was due to check out and waking me up.
The staff was very good at meeting our needs.
Great weekend rate
Great staff, great location.
The rooms were a little stuffy. The air conditioning was pretty loud.
Small room. We had asked for two beds but got one. A queen or double. No refrigerator in room
The staff was extremely polite & readily available to assist at all times. Breakfast- included in our stay- contained a variety of both hot & cold choices; it was delicious.
The spa/whirlpool did not seem clean. Movies rented on the in room t.v. had unclear/ grainy pictures.
Location, friendliness of staff
Location was perfect and the beds were very comfortable.
The air conditioner was not working effectively. Toilet paper was not replenished. No mini fridge.
Nice hotel, parking, pool, gym. Walkable distance to Whitehouse etc. Friendly staff, convenient
Not many bars close by Extra cost for WiFi in room - should be a basic facility these days
-the open area in the lobby -the ability to have a glass of wine in a bigger area than just the bar -the television airing soccer games -the laundry room
-could not put a cot in our room -expensive parking
This hotel is perfectly located near DuPont circle about a 20 minute walk from the National Mall. It's also within walking distance of many great restaurants. The hotel is fairly modern, our room was huge (included a little breakfast nook) and the staff is knowledgeable about DC and is able to provide directions and recommendations
If you're young and wanting to hit the Georgetown bars (and more specifically, the gay bars) this isn't on the right side of DuPont circle. We ended up taking Uber out every night, which wasn't bad, but we were hoping to be able to walk
