Il letto molto confortevole

1) Condizionamento rumoroso 2) mancanza frigobar in camera

Abbiamo cambiato 3camere prima di trovare quella giusta, ma con 40$ a notte in più:la prima 719 vicina al rumoroso ascensore cambiata con una al IV piano con vecchio arredamento e letto senza testata.Abbiamo chiesto di ritornare nella 719 ma ci hanno risposto che era di cat.sup. rispetto a quella cha avevamo prenotato e ci era stata assegnata perchè la ns non era ancora pronta e che x tornare nella 719 dovevamo pagare in più, a quel punto ho detto che se dovevo pagare pretendevo una camera migliore non rumorosa e ci hanno dato una piccola suite all'IIX paino con vista sulla piscina.Le camere del 7°, 8° e 9° piano sono confortevoli perchè rimodernate quelle agli altri piani sono vecchie e non adeguate al prezzo.

L'hotel non è vicinissimo al centro ma la zona non è male. a meno di 1km dalla fermata della metro blu. Il personale non è molto professionale e non ci ha dato le giuste informazioni sulla città.

Hotel in ottima posizione per la parte monumentale di Washington, professionale e pulito, ha risposto alle aspettative rispetto a quanto previsto attraverso la prenotazione internet.

Mi aspettavo di avere la connessione internet gratis.

My room's window opened directly facing the windows of an apartment block. Therefore, I could not open the curtains before getting dressed. Also no kettle in the room, only a coffee machine and no milk was left to put in my tea, although there was tea bag. Also, the temperature control was only in farenheit, which as a British/European person, I am completely unfamiliar with (centigrade please).

Guest services, especially Krissy and Erin in guest services. They were helpful with information regarding residential locales in the DC/NoVa area as well as information about public transportation.

There's free wifi if you bring your lap top. If you do not, you have to pay a $3.00 access fee and an additional $.40 to use a hotel computer! Econolodge in Arlington, VA, which is a 2.5 star hotel, will allow you to use their computers for free! If they have to charge for computer usage, at least eliminate the $3.00 access fee! I was really appalled!

I got a good deal for the room for two ($100), hotel quite close to the monument and metro station.

Really bad view from my room, trash bin not empty on our arrival. I had a general feeling that the corridors are not being cleaned enough. The room itself was very clean and nice, the general impression was worsened by this bin with trash inside...

Good value and very central.Not too far from the Metro station either

Is possible go walking to White House, Smithsonian Museums, Capitol, Lincoln Memorial, etc.

The internet conection is very slow. Not is possible talking with Skype.
