立地はやや不便。周りには食事できるところが少ない。コンビニが近くにあるのは良かった。部屋、ベッドは広い。 冷蔵庫がなかった点。ミニバーもあればよかったと思う。ロビーが広いのに薄暗いのが若干気になった。しかし安いので適正か。駐車料金も安かったし |

This one near all the most relevant places of the city, there is many night and social life.You can walk with freedom and safely The only thing that we do not like was that they have lounges of meetings or holidays(parties) in the same floor that are located the rooms and the noise bothers you, so, you have to walk between the people(party) when you go out of the elevator to go to your room, it is something inconvinient. In addition to go to the swimming pool you have to cross the lobby of the hotel |

The hotel was very clean and had quality linens. The staff vwas very helpful with information. The parking at the hotel was very convenient as one could come and go as they please. I would stay there again. |

location, the pool looked very nice, spacious lobby area, on-site restaurant TV was old, small and the decor was very plain. The coffee pot was dusty and dirty inside. |

The room size and layout. The cleanliness and facilities. We were very comfortable. The restaurant served good food at a reasonable price and the waiters were likeable. Aloof unfriendly staff at reception. Lack of tourist advice and information. We were advised to take a double decker bus tour which we found ran infrequently, buses were often too full and we had to wait for the next one and we had to walk miles to connect with it. We observed other tours coming round more frequently and some stopped outside the hotel. |

The hotel was in a good location near the subway aprox 4 blocks. Our room had jus been done up sp was very clean and rooms were quiet. The staff were some of the rudest and most incompetent I have ever encountered. On our arrival we parked in their parking garage for 16 minutes while we checked in as we were returning the car to the rental company that morning and they chrged us $9, also after that they m booked another couple into our room so while we were relaxing on our beds a man used a key to enter our room, One of the staff rang us after this incident and were quite rude acting like it was our fault. On checking out we rang for a bell hop to bring down our bags after waiting and waiting my fiance went down to find 2 bellhops chatting outside so he who took the trolley and we brought the bags down ourselves, |

we arrived at 6 am from the early flight and no questions asked were checked-in despite the official check-in time of 3pm. no hidden charges, all very fast and professional + fresh newspaper each morning :) very good location. |

The location of the hotel was excellent and we're quite happy we chose it for our stay at Washington. I was unhappy about the fact that the website promised its guest free shuttle facility to the metro stops, which we did not get as well as free WiFi which also we did not get. |

The hotel was in a great area and if you stay in the remodeled rooms (top 2 floors only) they are very nicely done and well worth staying. The manager was wonderful too. They originally put us on 4th floor and the rooms are really old and in bad need of repair. But one phone call and they immediately moved us to the top floor, corner room, awesome view and beautifully remodeled room. |

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The facility was a very good bargain but cost and location wise. If I return to DC again, I'll certainly try to stay there. Everything was fine....no dislikes. |
