立地はやや不便。周りには食事できるところが少ない。コンビニが近くにあるのは良かった。部屋、ベッドは広い。 冷蔵庫がなかった点。ミニバーもあればよかったと思う。ロビーが広いのに薄暗いのが若干気になった。しかし安いので適正か。駐車料金も安かったし |

部屋は綺麗でシャンプー等も常備してあり良かった。歩いて観光するには少し距離があるのでホテルに市内観光用のレンタル自転車を置いてくれると嬉しい、ホテルで紹介されたレンタル自転車店には電話がなかなかつながらず結局借りれなかった。 駐車場の係員が不在で出口ゲートがなかなか開かなかった。宿泊客にはゲートを開くカードを渡して欲しい。 |

There was an advertisement in the room, saying that I can have an access to highspeed Internet but the wave was too weak and I could not use the Internet in the room. The room number was 515. |

Improved friendliness of staff. They seemed to recognise that I had patronised the hotel on an earlier date. The swimming pool seems to close too early. |

The bed and pillows were phenomenal. I was very comfortable and woke up feeling very rested and my body didn't hurt like it normally does in other beds. The room shown on line was not the room we were given. The hotel is remodeling and has only completed two floors. They did change our room upon our request. |

Location near major tourist attractions. Room was completely overlooked by building very close by - would have expected net curtains or something else to reduce goldfish bowl effect. |

Staff friendly, view of Thomas Circle great Had problem with the card to open door. Took 3 different keys and 2 different maintanance staff to fix it. After it was fixed, all was fine. |
