I liked the location. It was one building away from a Metro station and a Safeway. Also had several restaurants within a block. The studio was spacious, the bathroom modern. The kitchen had dishes and pots and a dishwasher. There was coffee for the coffee pot. They provided a sleep mask and paper slippers. The TV had Hulu, Netflix, etc. The concierge was very friendly and helpful.
The light colored carpet was overdue for cleaning. There was only a partial roll of toilet tissue and we had to buy our own. We had to call and request clean towels. Of course, that was probably because it was an apartment, not a hotel.I was annoyed, but my son just went to the store.
Comfort, location, cleanliness, coordination.
We miss one pillow more, one cup and 4 small plates.
Wifi was great Clean room Home experience
No opening windows Sleeping night audit Rude front desk black lady niggs of course There is no Waterfront! This complex is located nowhere near water rather is complete concrete.
It was clean People who worked there was nice
No direct phone line to waterfront apartelle No sign with name of building
The people staying on the property were very friendly.
Besides what I've mentioned in the title: no dish soap to wash the dishes and silverware that were left dirty in cabinets, you have to provide your own salt, pepper, creamer, etc. The drawer to silverware was broken and could barely be opened at all, broken clock, TV has no cable not even local news or stations, only hulu with very poor programming; uncomfortable bed; pool doesn't open until 11:00; when there was someone at the front desk, only one was friendly and helpful. I checked out at 10:00 and by 2:00 their main office in another state was calling me to say I needed to check out. Did I mention it smells like rotten garbage in the lobby and like animal pee in the room?
Spacious and near metro
The place did not seem set up for 4 guests although advertised as an apartment for 4 people. There were only 3 towels, and not enough bedding for the sofa-bed - in fact it seemed like they had no idea that the sofa-bed would be used by anyone. There wasn't even toilet tissue. There were no instructions except for the wifi. For example there was no way one could control the air-conditioning and we only found out the pool was shut until 12.00am when we were told at 10.30am we could not enter.
Nice large unit, clean, nice pool and check in/ out was fine. NetFlix, Amazon options for TV.
No regular cable TV, but with NetFlix wireless internet made it fine to check in on news & weather.
Convenient and safe location for working on the south end of DC. Metro stop, good restaurant and grocery store less than a block away. While the picture here does not the represent the actual apartment, it's newly renovated and furnished.
While the apartment was clearly new/renovated and the even the TV was brand new, there was no cable. This was not stated anywhere in the reservation process (and what hotel doesn't have at least a few TV stations?). There was a card on the table that said "we don't have cable but we have signed up for Hulu." This was not the case either. So no TV, no music, one lamp in the living room to barely see by, no clock in the bedroom, no cellular reception, slow wi-fi. The check-in process is clunky, too. I'd previously let the rental company know the code they give you to get into the building doesn't work but they didn't remedy that before my next stay. I'd say let the rental company work out their issues before staying here. I was less than happy, despite the nice apartment.
