Well located for access to the city and universities. Plenty of room and good views. Apartment vs hotel meant no direct WiFi, but free computers in shared lobby.
Need to remove rubbbish before leaving, but rubbish disposal does not support early checkout as can only be used after 7am.
Good. Environment. Friendly atmosphere
This is a beautiful facility in a convenient location near everything - MIT, BU, transit, Downtown. The concierge staff was beyond top notch - courteous, welcoming, and helpful. The apartment was immaculate, very comfortable, roomy, and fully furnished.
My only complaint was that, despite being provided with two coffee makers, there were no coffee mugs! Big problem first thing in the morning.
Value for the accessibility Location-easy to get to, paid parking underneath the building Concierge Public transportation Quietness of apartment Creative restaurants abound a short distance away- Inman, Harvard Squares etc The public space is well kept
Our specific apt. needs some updating, it was tired-mattress esp. Towels were moderate View could be improved w/ different apt. My sister and I made it work, and we enjoyed the time spent!
Much more privacy and quietness than in a hotel and much cheaper.
There was only one set of keys and in your description you promised two sets of keys in a two bedroom appartment
It was central to Harvard Square, downtown Boston and Back Bay. Red T line two blocks away, got us anywhere we wanted to go.
There's construction still going on in the area, a little dark and desolate after dark, safe, but not many people around.
Great location near t and restaurants. Front desk staff were nice.
Be Careful - what they advertise and tell you is not always what you get. The fitness facility is next door - not attached and is $20 per day. The second bedroom is 2 twin beds with non matching shabby bedspreads. Only one bath, no blow dryer, one roll of toilet paper. No kitchen amenities (dish soap, salt, pepper... ) They sent a confirmation email stating the unit included a parking spot and also left the parking pass for us with a letter stating they were giving us a parking spot but would not honor it saying they made a mistake. Would not go there again or recommend it.
