Stayed for one night on our way back to san Francisco, it was cheap, clean, comfortable and was a perfect as a little stop off!

For the price, very little to complain about.

Close to major shopping center. Easy to find. Ample room. Great wi-fi connection. Clean room. Front desk was very helpful in finding me a near by store.

Uneasiness with locked door in my room. Didn't know if it was meant to be for a suite next door. Room smelled rancid. Carpeted floor made noise. No bathroom ceiling fan cover. No in-room coffee maker. Continental breakfast was very weak.

Helpful staff helped me get proper directions to where I was going, and recommendation on seafood restaurant. A good value for the money. Didn't expect a Ritz Carlton experience. Sometimes at budget motels there are young people who are loud, this was quiet and just what I wanted. Thank you. Also liked that it had free WiFi.

Bathroom was small -- had to stand by the tub to open door to get out past the toilet. I stubbed my toe!

As a woman traveling alone I was given a first floor room with and adjoinig room door.

I loved that it had a mini frig and microwave, that it had a bathtube, that it had more than 1 pillow each, and plenty of tv channels.

I hated the fact that I found a unknown pair of mens boxers in my room. That's gross

The staff cancelled our reservation due to a problem (?) with the credit card without any advice at all, not a call neither an e-mail. When we arrived, late in the night, we had to spend more for the same room, and luckly there was one, otherwise we should search another. In two weeks we booked without any problem, just here... sounds strange!

Great value for our stay. Front desk very friendly. Room old, but clean and adequate. Everything worked. Microwave and good size refrigerator. Great covered parking space next to rooms. This hotel was a pleasant surprise for our last minute booking. We would stay again.

Clean, spacy room, not cheap but the zone is pricy. 20min drive from Santa Cruz and 30 from Monterey

Very small breakfast in the office, no table to have it. Little space for parking.

Way to expensive for what you get in return. It is offers just a bed to sleep.

If you are looking for a clean and modestly priced motel this is your place. The staff are cheerful, friendly and helpful. There is pride of ownership with the care of the property and flower beds. The rooms are snug, so don't expect to spend a lot of time inside. Located in the downtown area, it is an easy walk to Main street. The complimentary breakfast is very light, but the coffee is good. It was great to stay here and not have to pay the high prices in Santa Cruz or Monterey.

Advertisement was misleading, as it rated this motel 3 stars. I would not recommend this place unless it is strictly cost based. The room was dank and smelled of mold. The staff and maids probably do the best they can do with what they have.

Pretty bare-bones for the price. Skimpy breakfast bar with instant coffee.

Nice big room. Very clean.

Breakfast left a lot to desire- cereals, muffins and coffee at the reception, so we had to eat it in the bedroom.

The room was clean, shower pressure was good, coffee was good.

There were no hangers in the closet, the towels were very thin, some street noise, freezer did not freeze, "breakfast" was inadequate even for Continental (Honeycomb cereal, individually-wrapped pastries), no hot water or teabags.
