Very friendly and helpful staff, most valuable hotel around.
We had to fiddle with the heat/AC. The problem was that it kept blowing the cool air up into the curtains. That cold air didn't escape very well into the room and would then tell the thermostat that the cool temp had been reached. Finally we pushed the curtains onto the window sill. The AC unit worked just fine after that and we were very comfortable.
Cleanliness was very important, and this hotel was very clean. I was nervous when we pulled up because the hotel was older. But it was a great place to stay!
Clean and quite!
Friendly, comfortable quiet
Not having the breakfast as advertised was an inconvenience.
Hotel was convenient for my business trip.
The advertised breakfast was nonexistent.
The TV was really outdated but for the price we could live with that. No breakfast again price point to good to complain.
It was really clean. The towels were nice and they provided a dark washcloth for makeup removal. I thought that was brilliant. The room had a microwave and fridge. At least $100.00 less expensive than staying in Moab. Also had a great location. We decided to stop there again on the way home. Office lady super nice and remembered our name.
Staff was very courteous rooms were clean
When we booked it said they had a continental breakfast, but when we checked in they said they didn't offer it during the winter.
Price was good.
We had no hot water I don't think they started the water heater and the toilet leaked and there was suppose to be a breakfast and there wasn't. They said they only opened up for that weekend, they were closed for the winter. It was clean and was not too bad for the price if we had hot water and breakfast I would stay there again.
Clean, the bathroom was newer the beds weren't bad the pillows were good. Free wifi was a plus for my kids.
We were planning on the continental breakfast but it is apparently a seasonal service. This was not disclosed on their website or through the online booking.
One of the best roadside motels we have stayed at in Monticello. Clean facilities and the toilet did not run all night.
well if i have to find something to complain about its been awhile since ive watched a non hdtv tv so maybe updateing those would be nice but really thats all. good room great price.
fridge, microwave, coffee in room. For the price i expected much much less and was very pleased with what we got. I would definitely stay there again in the future. I have paid twice as much for rooms elsewhere that were in worse shape and not as nice. No its not a five star luxury hotel but for the price its great if your looking for a place to lie down your head for a rest.
Not friendly or helpful staff at check in. Print a sheet is a hassle for them. Lots of notes in the room for what not to do, but not the same care about a the services provided, area information, directory of services, etc. Tiny room for breakfast and very simple options of food.
Good location to visit the National Parks in the area. Fast check out.
Not one thing!
The rooms are huge, very clean, everything worked, and the very best thing was meeting and being able to check in with Heather at the front desk She is certainly the prettiest thing this side of heaven!
Courteous staff, clean room, great value, comfortable bed, continental breakfast included, the normal motel amenities are also included, I would not hesitate to stay here again - this is an older facilitity that is well maintained and a great clean and comfortable value
Would have liked the breakfast to be available until 10am. Could not use my cellular phone.
The room was very comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was central to visiting several National Parks.
The lady at the counter - I assume it was the owner - was highly unpleasant and very unhelpful. She made it a most terrible experience
doors are loose, noisey
location is convenience.
Breakfast was pretty lame.
Very neat and well kept motel.
Non- existent WiFi
It was Cheap
The drain valve was broken so I jimmied it to drain. They were thankful to know and said they would fix it right away.
They were able to get me into a pet room without any headaches. The breakfast was more than just cold cereal. It was clean and quite. The staff was nice and helpful.
the breakfast was a bit skimpy. Some fresh fruit, yogart, or sweet rolls would have been nice.
The room was clean and well furnished with all the we needed.
comfort, friendly staff
Very Friendly Staff, Rooms were clean and it was a very convenient location.
