One of the best roadside motels we have stayed at in Monticello. Clean facilities and the toilet did not run all night.
We were planning on the continental breakfast but it is apparently a seasonal service. This was not disclosed on their website or through the online booking.
fridge, microwave, coffee in room. For the price i expected much much less and was very pleased with what we got. I would definitely stay there again in the future. I have paid twice as much for rooms elsewhere that were in worse shape and not as nice. No its not a five star luxury hotel but for the price its great if your looking for a place to lie down your head for a rest.
well if i have to find something to complain about its been awhile since ive watched a non hdtv tv so maybe updateing those would be nice but really thats all. good room great price.
Good location to visit the National Parks in the area. Fast check out.
Not friendly or helpful staff at check in. Print a sheet is a hassle for them. Lots of notes in the room for what not to do, but not the same care about a the services provided, area information, directory of services, etc. Tiny room for breakfast and very simple options of food.
The rooms are huge, very clean, everything worked, and the very best thing was meeting and being able to check in with Heather at the front desk She is certainly the prettiest thing this side of heaven!
Not one thing!
Courteous staff, clean room, great value, comfortable bed, continental breakfast included, the normal motel amenities are also included, I would not hesitate to stay here again - this is an older facilitity that is well maintained and a great clean and comfortable value
The room was very comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was central to visiting several National Parks.
Would have liked the breakfast to be available until 10am. Could not use my cellular phone.
The lady at the counter - I assume it was the owner - was highly unpleasant and very unhelpful. She made it a most terrible experience
location is convenience.
doors are loose, noisey
Very neat and well kept motel.
Breakfast was pretty lame.
It was Cheap
Non- existent WiFi
They were able to get me into a pet room without any headaches. The breakfast was more than just cold cereal. It was clean and quite. The staff was nice and helpful.
The drain valve was broken so I jimmied it to drain. They were thankful to know and said they would fix it right away.
The room was clean and well furnished with all the we needed.
the breakfast was a bit skimpy. Some fresh fruit, yogart, or sweet rolls would have been nice.
comfort, friendly staff
Very Friendly Staff, Rooms were clean and it was a very convenient location.
Everything .Nice. Clean. Professionel
My husband and I have been staying at Wayside Inn for about 7 years on our (almost) annual trip from El Paso, Tx to Ogden, Utah to visit our children and grandchildren. We have always been very pleased with the accomodations at the Monticello, Utah Wayside Inn. We like the rooms -- always clean and comfortable -- and the free Continental breakfast.
Comfortable Room Clean Friendly Service Had boiled eggs for breakfast
During breakfast hours, had to search for counter help for checkout and ice.....But I would stay again because overall was great.
Clean, comfortable and an awesome shower! Great for motorcycle travel, park right in front of room.
easy to get to our room - all one level comfort of the bed ~ good water pressure in the shower
no internet access, had to bring my computer to the office to be able to use it. ~ breakfast was lame. Hard boiled eggs, thawed out frozen waffles, milk and juice not on ice or cold, toast
Nice big, attractive room
Breakfast and breakfast room were rather sparse
Best water pressure in shower of whole two week trip. Quite.
Breakfast was meager at best, cold hard boiled eggs and toaster waffles. Room needed a few repairs, and drapes fall over air conditioner.
The privacy and cleanliness of the Wayside was wonderful. Would be happy to stay there again.
The telephone didn't work and we were unable to call family who lived two blocks away. The WiFi took forever to load, and in some cases didn't even work.
The location was good, the front desk employees ware nice..
The beds ware too hard..
I liked that it accommodated for six people
I did not like the staff. The check in clerk was rude and hateful. She charged me an extra 4 dollars per child that I had. I booked online giving all information she just would not understand. Would not recommend going there.
