No maid service, very dirty.... TV's don't work very well, poor reception. Golf course is very short! (4,000Yrds And very busy!!! Heard noise all night long, thin walls and floors. The worst part of Welk has got to be the pillows!!! They are filled with cotton balls!!!!

The BBQs were very available..The organized walk was pleasant,..the Hawaii night was fun even for our 2 year old.
