I liked the location, and that I was able to get a boarding pass, and coffee in lobby.

Front desk checking in could be friendlier. The employee at front desk was not helpful.He only checked me in.Also, the trash can in my room was not empty.There was still trash in trash can.

Air conditioning wasn't very cold. The bed was absolutely terrible. I ended up sleeping on the floor and it was more comfortable. The pillows were low quality as well.

We were in room 428. The trim on the bathroom door was loose and had to be positioned in order to close the door everytime. I may or may not understand the method of making the beds with a blanket between two sheets. This was very inconvenient and awkward. Had to tear the bed apart to find my comfort. Very hard to get comfortable otherwise.

All the lights in the room did not work except the desk light and the light in the bathroom. I booked the queen room with all facilities such as microwave, fridge, iron, ironing board. But the microwave didn't work. There was no iron (only ironing board). The old ge air conditioner made too loud sound. Despite of the hot weather, I had to turn the air conditioning off so that I could sleep at night. Actually, with such poor facilities, I definitely overpaid for my stay there.

I stayed the hotel mainly to catch a plane early tomorrow. The location is pretty good since all hotels near airport have free shuttle bus that come for every 30 min. The other main reason I chose the hotel is because of its extremely cheap price compared with other nearby hotels.

There is smoke smell even though the hotel is supposed to be all smoke-free. Also the furniture is old and not clean. The bedding is not kind of old fashion and only medium clean. It seems this is a pretty old hotel and everything looks a bit run-down.

We were able to leave our car there while on vacation and take shuttle to airport, very convenient.

I like the room the beds was confortable and the tv was nice.

I ended up at this hotel because of a missed connection. The first room I was shown to was dirty - it hadn't been cleaned since its last occupant checked out. Staff weren't very apologetic about this. I noticed that some other travellers, airline discount voucher in hand, were charged a higher price than the deal I found through booking.com. This doesn't seem fair.

The hotel was clean and i loved the balcony.

Stayed on 4/19/13 and 4/28/2013 For my 4/19/13 stay I reserved with one credit card and paid with another one. I was also charged on my credit that I reserved room on. Been trying to talk to management about reversing the charge but no one has returned my call

The cost was what made me decide on this hotel. The free parking and airport shuttle were also huge factors.

You could feel the springs in the bed. Walls are really thin (you can hear through them), but I only stayed for one night so it wasn't a big deal.
