The bed was comfortable. The front desk clerk was very nice and always smiled. There was no coffee pot in the room with the rest of the coffee supplies. The shower had hair in in before I used it. |

Nice to have a microwave and fridege in the room. Bed was lumpy. The shower curtian had lots of hair on it. They were putting new tar on the roof, and the smell was awful. |

The convenience of the free shuttle to the airport is the reason I will use this hotel again next time I'm in Atlanta. It is a great way to save money and get into the city easily (the shuttle comes within 15mins of a free phone call from the airport). Staff allowed me to keep my luggage at the hotel overnight when I spent a day away, and the housekeeping staff were very pleasant. Check in experience was much better on this 2nd visit than the first time. Maybe need to work on getting that great experience every time. |

Excellent hotel for those like myself who do not drive. The airport shuttle bus was easy to use - I only had to use the courtesy phone at the airport to get them to come pick me up (I never waited more than 15mins), and to get into the city there is a marta stop at the airport. So convenient. I will definitely use this hotel the next time I stay in Atlanta. Could have been given more info on check in - I had to go back later just to find out what time check out was. Also, it would be better not to place a young woman travelling on her own in a ground floor room as it was a little unsettling. |

Pleasant efficient staff, comfy beds, & love the convenience of parking my car THERE & taking the FREE shuttle to the airport MARTA station & taking the train into town & then back for the FREE shuttle return. Not having to drive in ATL traffic...priceless. Just that there is no continental breakfast. Thats it. |

Excellent access to airport, long term parking availability, 24 hour shuttle, rooms are clean, comfortable and equipped with microwave and refrigerator. Friendly, helpful staff, convenient to restuarants. Excellent rates. I have recommended this location to several friends. Lack of a cmplimentary continental breakfast. |

The hotel and the room was very clean and tidy and close to the Airport. The parking lot door in to the hotel didn't work all the time very hard to get the card reader to work, I watched other guest have issues as all. |
