Hyvä sijainti. Respassa annettiin kahta eri tietoa siitä, voiko rahaa vaihtaa hotellissa vai ei. Rahanvaihtopisteeseen kaupungilla ei osattu neuvoa. Siivouksen jälkeen pyyhkeitä ei ollut, eikä niitä tuotu soittamisen jälkeenkään. Itse piti etsiä siivooja ja pyytää tältä pyyhkeet. Hisseistä sai sähköiskuja. |

Hyvä palvelu. Vanha pölyävä kokolattiamatto aiheutti pahat allergiakohtaukset kahtena yönä. Lattian perusteellinen imurointipyyntö ei ehkä johtanut toimenpiteisiin. |

Palvelu ok. Sijainti erittäin hyvä meidän tarpeisiin. Huone ehkä hieman hämärä ja näkymänä tiiliseinä. Lämmitysputket paukkuivat yöllä, häiritsi hieman. |

Ainut hyvä asia hotellissa oli sijainti. Hotellin henkilökunta oli hyvin töykeitä. Jouduimme matkaseurueemme (3 henkilöä) kanssa nukkumaan kahden hengen huoneessa ensimmäisen yön, koska varaamaamme huoneeseen oli jäänyt matkaseurue vielä yhdeksi yöksi... eikä kukaan edes pahoitellut. En todellakaan suosittele hotellia kellekkään... huonoin kokemani palvelu ikinä New Yorkissa. |

This hotel is in a very good location, 5-10 min walk from time square and about 5 min walk the other way to central park. Clean with maid service every day. The hotel is basic, bed, bathroom & storage. There is no tea or coffee facilities and depending if you get a room on the road can be very noisy during the night, my tip take ear plugs! |

It had the perfect location, subway on doorstep, short walking distance from time square, busy avenue with restaurants, bars and shops... starbucks on the other side of the street for breakfast :) Nothing that you wouldn't expect from a 3 star hotel... |

Value for money and location is excellent. The only problem was the bathroom - it smelled like sewer. According to the chambermaid this would happen occasionally and they would pour something to get rid of the smell. Other than that, everything was fine. |

Very small rooms. Bad Bell service. The frontdesk staff lost my safe signature card. They need a easy way for suitcases from hotel to street. They only have stairs. Rooms well cleaned. Good location, walking distance to Central Park, Times Square, etc. |

Location was good, very close to the sights. Bathroom was clean. The room was not very clean, particularly the carpets, which meant we were unable to enjoy our stay in comfort. The lack of air conditioning was noticeable as it was very hot when we were there and again made for an uncomforable stay. The rooms are very dated and the hotel did not represent value for money compared to other hotels in a similar price bracket. |

very well located for all the sites and shops. All within walking distance,e.g Central Park and Times Square. Staff very helpful,especially when taking luggage and getting car back to the airport,recommend this service. |

My husband and I are in our early fifties and we chose this hotel because of its location and price. The location was excellent. The hotel itself was in need of updating as was our room on the first night, plus our outlook was a brick wall. The staff were helpful in changing our room which was slightly better and being on the 27th floor we then had great views. |
