Trevligt centralt hotell med väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Finns inget direkt att klaga på alls utan hotellet uppfyllde våra förväntningar. |

Läget centralt nära Central Park och flera muséer. Bra comfort och fräscha rum. Att hotellet var fullbokat trots reservation och att vi blev hänvisade till det sämre Hotel Edison de första två av fyra bokade nätter. Inte bra trots att vi blev kompenserade för prisskillnaden!!! |

Hotellet har ett utmärkt läge på Manhattan, bekvämt och nära till det mesta. Tillgänglig personal fanns alltid på plats. Skulle ha uppskattat att gratis kunnat hämta kaffe. |

Framför allt läget, bara några minuter till både Central Park och Broadway.Bra med litet kitchenette vilket gav frukostmöjligheter. Serviceminded personal Inte billigt jmf. standarden i Sverige |

Läget är utmärkt för turistresa. Personalen rimligt trevllig och hjälpsam.Fick det rum jag ville ha -baserat på tidigare vistelser. Rummen och hotellet börjar bli slitna. Priset gränsar till att vara för högt för den standard som erbjuds. |

It was close to where we wanted to be and had a restaurant, even though we didn't use it. Elevators were small. As a result during the morning rush to go down, you had to get on an elevator and ride it to the top (23 floors) to be assured you could get on to go down in a timely manner. |

When you can step outside the door of a hotel and see central pk to your right and time sq to your left you know you stayed in the right place, staff very helpfull. Room position is important, I dont expect a great view in a standard room in a city hotel, but having a very large ducting unit o/s of your window which made the sound of a gale blowing all night along with some very strange and quite loud clanking noises was not great. (Room 1226) |

Location of the hotel is perfect, close to central park and in the middle of Manhattan. Very old hotel, no airconditioning (at least not in our room) and the elevator is really, really slow! |

Location in Theatre District only a few blocks from Times Square and a few blocks from Central Park was fantastic - able to explore a lot locally. 57th Street subway immediately outside was great for exploring the rest of the city without stress. Park Diner downstairs was a great, authentic New York diner open at 6am with friendly staff and great value food. Lovely Art Deco, twenties feel to the Lobby area. Friendly and helpful Bell-hops. Room was very small and could hear toilets flushing in neighbouring room. Elevators very stuffy and claustrophobic at busy times. |

the location was great & staff very helpful especially Mark the bellhop rooms were a bit small & we had to change rooms after the first night because of the street noise |

The hotel is located in the center of NY City at a price about 1/3 below the cost of other hotels. It is next to Carnegie Hall and just a few blocks from Time Square. This hotel is very old and the rooms range from small and in desperate need of renovation, to rooms that are in much better shape and nice. You will not know what you will get until checkin. I ended up in a small room that had a very old bathroom which was showing its age with black stains on the bathroom grout. It faced 7th Ave and had a cheap air conditioning unit in the window. It was depressing. I complained and was switched over to another room which was in much better shape. If you can afford an extra hundred dollars a day, stay at the Marriott or Sheraton down the street. |

Rooms were generally well maintained... reasonable spacious. good location. Rude behavior of service staff including front-desk... unresponsive when help was needed... inadequate cafeteria... bell-hops were extremely rude and careless with our luggage... all in all Service-from-hell |

Very good location 2 blocks from Central Park, Concierge very helpful and organised our travel arrangements perfectly. Great air conditioning system as our stay was during July, very hot and humid weather. Could do with a refurbishment, but was the only critisism. |

It is well located for visiting the museums and convenient for taking city buses and the subway. Our sheets were not changed nor the bathroom scrubbed during the week that we were there. |

nothing...we only lasted about 9 hours and checked out, staff not very helpful at all we booked in for 6 nights but checked out after first night due to the air con machine which was so loud you couldnt sleep or hear the telly. The room was so hot you could cook on the floor. We got a member of staff to come up to see to our problem and were told thats just the way it is and wasnt offfered any help. We packed up and moved hotels. The toilet seat was hanging off and the bed was like a brick. |
