Liked that the location is close to the freeway and easy to get to. Have stayed here before and will stay again.
Clean and comfortable place while we were passing through.
-The fox was awesome -Staff directed us to the bars -Intersection of both major highways -Close to the Silver Fox -had a great late night party in the hotel room and got laid. -Great price (for the lady of the night) and the room. -hillybillys
-To long to check in. -pillows were like stones (good thing i wasn't sleeping). -Old CRT TV's -Woke up hungover -hillybillys
the AC stayed on all night and you could hear the people running and walking above us so not happy with my stay in your hotel
rooms were clean
- breakfast choices for any gluten intolerant person 1. no flavor, 2. processed hard-boiled eggs; 3. instant oatmeal or rice checks. that's it. you'll need to bring your own bread for toast. - bed was old and sloped in to wall from feet.
Location was good... 2 main highways close by without direct noise. Staff were helpful in location restaurants and upgraded our room upon check-in.
Breakfast served in dimly lit conference room.
Nice sized clean room
Bed was too soft
The breakfast was fair
House keeping had to come back and clean bathroom again. Smelled smokey We had ants in our room and the hotel cared less. Bad beds, dirty carpet, bad choice
Good family hotel. Restaurant next door was good.
Breakfast was not adequate. Paper plates and plastic cutlery in a room not really suited for dining. Hotel is old and needs updating the carpets, furniture and pillows.
Overall great stay!
Pool needs work and breakfast needs more options, but will be back for sure
- Pool and hot tub were filthy - Hallways and elevator floors were filthy - We stayed 4 nights and the cleaning of the room between nights was terrible... beds weren't made, no towels left, no pillows for hide-a-bed - Broken hide-a-bed that flipped up onto my children... tried to switch rooms but the other rooms were just as bad :(
24 hour pool was nice and staff were friendly. The lobby was welcoming also
The room smelt of mildew. The pillows were very small and uncomfortable . I came home with my neck out from the quality of them. The continental breakfast was poor. The rooms were out of date and our comforter had crumbs on it and were itchy. I wish we would have spent a little extra and just stayed at a nicer hotel.
Although sort of out-of-the-way, Freeway access was good and access to major roads to town was also very good. Parking was very good, although the layout was somewhat odd. Motel access was safe and easy. The AM buffet was okay, but the coffee and juice shouldn't be across the next room. Inconvenient.
The pool was scummy and disgusting. Broken tiles, food lying on tables....Yuck! There was garbage ( a small sack, and a beer six pack of empties) left in the stairwell for several days. Surprised it wasn't picked up.
OLD RUNDOWN AND AN OVERALL POOR CHOICE
They did provide extra blankets and pillows free if charge. It was right off the highway and easy to find. Plenty of parking.
We did not get the room that was pictured. It was supposed to have a flat screen TV however it had a 19 inch old TV that had blown out speakers so we could barely understand the movie we tried to watch. The pool was extremely over chlorinated so swimming was not an option. Our eyes and lungs burned just going in for a few minutes. We were given a room on a floor that someone had vomited on. So when trying to go to our room we were met with an overwhelming smell of vomit throughout the entire floor. When I reported the girl at the front desk said they knew about it. I witnessed the house keeper yelling from in a room out to the hallway. She was using the f word and screaming at someone I believe to be the manager of the hotel. She was extremely upset about her coworkers. I was very disappointed to find all the ice machines had been removed as well, they only they had barely worked. Or maybe couldn't keep up with the amount of guests needing ice. Last but not least our room was 85 degrees apon check in. It took 12 hours to get cooled off to a comfortable tempature. Our refridgerater could not get cold because the room was so hot. I had to go buy ice and a cooler bag at a local store to keep our food and drinks cold.
Was unable to check in befoe 3pm and was told to come back later thought that was unprofessional
Very spacious rooms with great kitchen facilities.
When checking in we found that the room was without towels. The motel was full and they were behind.
...one elevator, and very slow...people bathing in sauna and pool...one person on duty and didn't want to be on duty...dining area messy and not stocked....two people in my party and only enuf coffee for 3 cups....tissue dispenser not filled, etc.
Free breakfast. nice sized rooms
Pool felt like ice cubes. no childproof locks on doors, easy for a young child to get out. never had any towels at the pool, when ask for some, the staff looked annoyed.
Size of room
Bathroom smelled like mildew from the shower curtain
pool was open 24 hrs
wi fi doesnt work from rooms, could careless attitude from front counter staff, dirty carpetting
The room was an excellent size. The room was always very clean. There was a work out facility. There was a pool and a hot tub. All the staff were polite and courteous.
The breakfast lacked; it was a huge disappointment in comparison to all the other hotels we stayed at. There should have been more things available such as more variety of fruit; bread (only bagels and muffins; we all would have killed for bread s we could have toast); scrambled eggs and some hot food like sausage would have be wonderful and what we expected as it was what we had at all the other places we've stayed. Although I really liked every else about the hotel, I might hesitate to book again due to the disappointing breakfast because we did book it because it had breakfast offered so we wouldn't have to go elsewhere for breakfast. In fact, 2 mornings out of 5 night stay we went elsewhere for breakfast and that should not have happened and has never happened at anywhere else we've ever stayed on vacation. The pool was very cold; so cold in fact we couldn't stay in very long and we are avid swimmers so we are use to pool water and the temperature it should be. There was never enough towels for four people. However, when we did ask the cleaning staff they were very courteous and accomodating and they gave us 2 more so the 4 of us would have enough bath towels for all of us. Nevertheless, there should be enough towels for 4 people when the room is booked for four people.
The staff was very acomindating
The pool was very cold
