Stay Inn West Palm Beach Airport Hotel  

Probably the best bed I have ever had at a hotel. It wasnt a fancy bed by any means, I just found it very comfortable and slept better on it than at home.

Don't listen to the past reviews, very clean!

late check in, not a lot of options for breakfast. no fruit, only eggs were hard boiled (which were good), just hoping for more.

This was an overnight stop en route to visit our son so we needed nothing special. At the price, the room was adequate, clean and comfortable. Located right next to the airport and the I95 it was perfectly located for our purpose. Would definitely recommend as a budget stopover.

Excellent location to West Palm Beach Airport. For us, it was simply a place to sleep before our 6am flight.

I have no complaints.

The staff was very helpful in finding us a taxi at 5:30 in the morning. He had to call several ones but didn't give up and a taxi was there in no time.

We didn't like the fact that the shower curtain had mold all on the bottom. The complimentary toiletries didn't only included shampoo no conditioner. As well as the comforter had stains on the what I guess is the duvet that lays across the bed. The room just did not feel clean to me.

Roaches.....Roaches......Roaches......Roaches.....Roaches..... Didn't see them until the next morning. Not one or two, but at least a dozen. I killed 12 small ones on the night stand between the beds. My wife was freaking out...won't be staying here again!!!

Easy pay, easy checking in & out, very fast free bus service, clean room, and availability so close to Barrett-Jackson on such short notice.

The price. Shuttle service

We asked for a 5:15 wake up call. We thought it never came: the staff said it did. You need a system where the phone continues to ringuntil the client picks up the phone. Also, we had a 7 am flight, the shuttle was late and did not drop us curb side.

Free of charge shuttle to Citty Place, as the hotel is not close to Center City. Nice and cute room. Good price comparing to other hotels.

The hotel was so close to the airport and other things that we wanted to do. We were in town for Spring Training and the hotel was close to Jupiter. The break- fast was great.

Great location for us and the staff were all friendly and helpful.

Very convenient location and close to airport.

The front desk staff was O.K. but the rest of the employees were very unfriendly, not a good morning or a smile from anyone.

Breakfast was excellent. Also offered home-made cookies at 5 PM. Near IHOP and Wendy's

Closeness to airport

You offered shuttle service to the airport which is why we chose you. But it did not start until after our flight. That was not clear in your promotion material.
