The spacious rooms where very clean. Excellent resort style rooms and great price.

Unaware of the hold fee put on my account.

The full kitchen and separate living room area are great. Also the vanity in the bathroom was fantastic!

I liked the size of the beds & room which included a kitchen.

I didn't like the size of the swimming pool- it was too small.

Staff was very nice. We had a billing error and they fixed it quite easily.

The sound of busses idling right outside our room at 5:00 in the morning. WE HAD CALLED AND ASKED TO CHECK OUT AT 1:00 AND WHEN WE RETURNED TO OUR ROOM AT 12:00 WE WERE LOCKED OUT AND HAD TO GO BACK TO THE LOBBY TO GET PROGRAMED INTO THE ROOM.. AN ALMOST EMPTY TOILET PAPER ROLL WAS LEFT IN THE BATHROOM AND NOT EXTRA ROLL TO BE FOUND!!

Clean rooms and nice staff. The environment felt safe and was quiet.

The shuttle fee wasn't on the website. Pool didn't feel heated and was cold. No hot tub.

Very clean, spacious room, with medium price. Prompt and friendly housekeeping service.

They had a program for detoxification of drugs and alcohol going on. There was a large group of people who were under guard and walkie talkie's saying "two males coming up" "One mail coming down". When I asked the front desk what was going on they gave a vague answer. I think it was totally inappropriate to have a detox group there while I was there, weather they were on a different floor or not. I was there for business and luxury, not to wonder if the people in the hotel were going to get away, be a problem, or possibly cause a problem. The police were at this place at least six times in the week I stayed. I felt uncomfortable and will not choose this place again.

The rooms are nice, however the staff and management were terible. We arrived on Friday for my birthday and stayed with some friends, when asked if there were any rooms available for the evening we were only offered the penthouse suite at a discounted rate. We stayed in our friends room on an air matress. Our reservation had us checking in on Saturday the 21st. When we went to check in, we were informed that they gave our room away to a guest that had extended their stay. The went on to say that State of Florida Rules are that they cannot kick people out of a room unless they are mis-behaving. I have been in the hotels/resort industry for more than 12 years and this is not the case. However this is false advertisment, as they offered a product that we paid for and now they were not giving it to us. They offered us a stay at the Best Western, again we rode down from Orlando with another couple we only had their car. When we told them that was not an option, and if we wanted to stay at Best Western we would have booked there, the lady was unprofessional reached across the desk and tapped my arm, and said "Kind of makes you wish you would have booked the Penthouse last night". Obviously I did not appreciate her sense of humor. They were eventually able to offer us a "two queen suite", although what we paid for was a king suite. Once we got to our room we saw what appeared to be 2 double beds. The next morning I spoke with a manager that again tried to "spin" things around, by saying, "well you must have felt lucky you got a room".

The facility is newly renovated! The room was very spacious, clean and the staff is very professional!

The location is close to the highway but there was nothing interesting in the area

The hotel room was really big and we enjoyed beeing able to eat direct delivered food from the chinese restaurant in the suite. It is located next to the highway exit but quiet and 10 minutes drives to Palm Beach.

Improve the workout facility

Our stay at your hotel was wonderful! The staff was very exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Any time we needed help, we recieved prompt service. When we asked for directions for the beach, shopping, or church, we were given clear, printed directions. Housekeeping was outstanding. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was included in our hotel price. We look forward to the next possible opportunity we have to stay with you again.
