The staff was very unfriendly. And the ac was broken was told to come down and get the key for another room. When I went to the desk had to give the other key which means I had to bring my luggage to the front desk and then my new room was on the 7 th floor very unhappy with the service.

Close to I-95, 15 mins. drive to Stinger Island or Palm Beach. Clean and spacious room. Breakfast area a bit too small.

We really enjoyed staying there and since our step children live near by we will be regulars in order to participate in weekend sports. We love the total experience there and specially the comfortable beds and pillows. Having the refrigerator for the kids milk and the microwave to heat it up was essential to our family. We went to City Place for eating and the movies, Verdes Tropicana for Bowling. The only suggestion we can offer is that two cigarette/cigar floor style ashtrays be placed in the pool area. We are not smokers, but I noticed in the plant pot people had used it as an ashtray and the one by us had at least 20 cigarette buds and probably 8 cigar buds. The only other thing we noticed is the lobby and elevators were very warm. But not a big deal for us.

A cama grande tamanho king, muitos hoteis nao tem essas camas disponiveis. Os lencois eram confortaveis. Muitas pessoas da recepcao eram amigaveis e ajudavam bastante. A porta do nosso quarto nao fechava sem uma batida grande, o hotel cheirava a cigarro desde o corredor até o quarto. Os carpete do quarto cheirava mal, sutilmente mas cheirava. Nao tem praia perto (apesar de ter Beach no nome da cidade). O banheiro nao tinha a cara boa, a cortina do box de banho era manchada.

Service - Alles plastic (bordjes, bestek, etc) bij ontbijt. - toegangspas was ook (per ongeluk) aan anderen gegeven, die probeerden 's nachts ook de kamer in te komen.

La limpieza de habitaciones y espacios,diseño del hotel,su ubicación,el desayuno incluido,muy variado,en general,se siente uno bien,los días que allí pasa. Sólo no me gustó y considero deben trabajar un poco en eso,algunos ruidos y conflictos,que escuché de otras personas que se hospedan allí.valorar un poco los precios del servicio a habitaciones,los vi algo altos.
