Location was great, very friendly staff

Faciloties closed to early like resturant, bar pool etc

The food was good.

The room was dusty and I found a dirty sock under the bed that did not belong to us upon check-out.

We liked the spa and the swimming pool,the rooms were really clean The hotel is located near the water park

The rooms were not as nice as most Marriott rooms that we have had in other Marriotts. Good beds but very plain and small rooms.

The service is extremely slow. We had to wait for over an hour to get two sandwiches at the courtyard, which could not be ordered through the waitress but via a phone call to the reception which was exactly next door!! As if we were staying some place else. The room windows do not open, thus having no fresh air coming in rather than the indoor ventilation!! The walls are so thin that you can hear everything that goes around next door. Even the voice on the other part of the line when someone is on the phone. Thus, we were woken up at 5.30 in the morning by our extremely rude neighbor!!! The bathroom is tiny! Last but not least, the fridge was completely empty, something unacceptable for a 4* hotel! Do yourselves a favor and don't go there!

The location is very good. We had a few problems with our first room and we were changed immediately. The staff took steps to make sure the problems were corrected. While problems occur, the mark of a good hotel is how well they deal with them - this hotel excelled.

The bar is very loud and there is no bar outside, despite a lovely outdoor seating area.

Very attentive front desk. Great with directions to the hotel and flight help the next morning. A good bar.

Is it Marriott's newest goal to create a minimalist, if not drab hotel room? I don't think the room had anything on a Holiday Inn Express. Small, one chair in the room, tiny bathroom. And the used Q-Tip on the bathroom floor meant they really didn't pay attention to cleanliness. By the way, I've never complained about a hotel in my life.

We chose the hotel because of location. Beach is only 5 minutes drive away, and restaurants, movies and shopping at City Place was right behind the corner. Hotel has free parking and Wifi, both were in good use. Breakfast we skipped and had it at CityPlace Cheesecake Factory. Hotel is a bit worn out, but keeping it well together with being clean and well organized. Staff was friendly.

Wish we could have stayed longer ;)

WPB Marriott is a nice hotel and well located.

There was some confusion regarding the day by day cleaning of my room. I used to put a non-disturb sign in the morning..just temporarily- so I was not disturbed first thing in the morning --and the stuff thought I didn´t want the room to be cleaned at all...I reported to the stuff and it was sorted later-

Loved the staff and the pool area. Very clean hotel - very obliging and polite staff.

We have been travelling to Orlando for many years and found the Marriott to provide an excellent standard of accommodation at a very competitive price ideally situated to enjoy the best that Orlando has to offer.

Our only quibble was that when we reported having left a phone charger plugged in to the guest room socket with European adaptor only 4 hours after vacating the hotel the staff were not very accommodating in following up our report. When we returned the following day we were treated quite dismissively and needless to say no charger was located.

It was a nice hotel with friendly staff. Everything was great, the location is good too. It worths the money. + there is a shuttle bus and from the hotel they take u to the beach to city place for free.... we could call them anytime if we needed a ride. I can recommend to everybody this hotel!

WLAN war limitiert und aufgrund der niedrigen Datenrate kaum zu nutzen zwei riesige Baustellen links und rechts neben dem Hotel

Buena ubicación, buen bar y de buenos precios, rica comida. Habitación cómoda.

Le falta remodelar el comedor y el bar, es muy antiguo y deslucido, no dan ganas de entrar, lo hice por que no tenía otra alternativa, pero la comida fue buena. Mucho ruido de las habitaciones vecinas por puertas y baños.
