Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
100 percent of the first night will be charged at least 3 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

walking distance to downtown there was not a bathroom sink... had to use teh bar's sink. The bed was uncomfortable, and the staff was not that nice. |

Walking distance to Convention Centre & Horton Plaza. Easy to get to Balboa Park. Laundry facilities great Carpet needed shampooing. Some staff not helpful although others exccellent. |

Nothing as far as I can recall. First of all there is no parking at the hotel. You need to reserve a lot or give guest tokens for meters. Secondly hotel is very noisy. Not only are other guest inconsiderate in keeping their noise down but the airport has their landing pattern right over this hotel. All in all did not sleep much the one night I was there. Probably will not retrurn back to this location either. |

The staff members were all very pleasant - friendly and helpful. Fruit flies in the room throughout our stay - couldn't figure out where they were coming from, as we didn't have any fruit. Maybe from the sink/disposal? |

It is a nice hotel! The room was great, AC was working. Only a mile away from the convention center. The woman at the front desk was very polite and helpful! I will definately be staying there again when I come down to San Diego! |

The hotel appeared clean. Would recommend this hotel for individuals not traveling with children. The only negative setback was that the hotel does not have a parking facility. Parking is on the street, at metered spots if available. The other problem encountered is that I had requested double beds for one of the rooms I reserved, however when we arrived there was no room available and was issued a room with one queen bed. This reservation was for 2 adults and 2 children, very cramped situation. |

The staff at the hotel was very friendly. There was always someone to help with any questions we had as well as any problems. The hotel was in a great location only a few minute walk to downtown and Balboa Park. The rooms were extremely tiny and not very well kept. The carpets in the room looked so dirty and worn out. The whole inside just needed to be redone! Its not a bad hotel if you are just looking for a place to keep your things and sleep. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our first night we had to get house keeping to change the bed sheets for it didn't look like it had been changed from the previous guests. ie hair, stains etc on sheets. |

yo no se de donde sacan que este hotel es de 3 estrellas la primera habitacion que nos dieron olia mal y tuve que matar una cucaracha, por la desconnfianza pedi cambio de habitacion y me dieron otra pero con una sola cama y ahi no la tuvimos que arreglar mi familia y yo para pasarla ya que no teniamos mas opcion en ese momento. |
