Perfect location. 8-10 minute walk to Duval. Quaint little bed and breakfast feel. Lush gardens. Felt secluded. Tiniest room I've ever seen (economy full), but we loved it! Not up to date or modern, but clean and safe. It had everything we needed!
Room was teeny, but that was part of its charm. Early check out was a bit difficult with the key slot and the bulky parking pass, but they did save us a parking pass! No real negatives here. It's not a big fancy place, so don't expect that and you won't be disappointed.
Pool area landscaping was nice. Continental breakfast was good.
No coffee service or microwave in our room.
Good location. We could walk to Old Town. The staff was nice and accommodating. Fairly good value for the money.
The room was really small. The pool was really cold.
The two pools gave plenty of area to relax and get some much needed winter sun.
I believe the free wifi only works in the common areas. I was never able to connect. The rooms are a little small and sparse furniture, but bed was very comfy.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was small but tastefully island. Everything was neat and tidy and the grounds lovely and well lit at night. Breakfast was the standard fare of cereal, toast/English muffins/pastries with wonderful fresh fruit. Though a bit off of Duval Street, it was an easy ride by bike and allowed for blissfully quiet evenings.
The security light outside our front door was very bright and the plantation shutters on the windows did a poor job of darkening our room.
Location Price was ok, though we booked 15 minutes before check in. It was cheaper to book via booking.com then by calling to the hotel, even if I told them the price at Booking. Cute hotel with nice small swimming pools. Breakfast is good (for being a continental breakfast in US), with fruits and eggs and bagels. Staff is super helpful!
Our room was economy - the cheapest they have. The bed is very small and the windows are facing the street. Sound isolation is non existing, so you hear everything inside and out side of the hotel. If you book any other room you will have a great experience in this hotel.
I checked in late. The receptionist left me an envelope of key and map outside the office. They are understanding too. This place is house rather than apartments.
The rate is almost $200 a night.
Convenience to area was great. Staff was extremely helpful.
Breakfast choices. Limited for diabetic.
great location..beautiful grounds..very helpful staff
not a thing
Closeness to Duval Street and Sunset Marina
Warm breakfast was not even a "continental breakfast". The rooms smelled musty even for Florida conditions. The hot water tank outside our room's front door located on the deck ran all night and loud. The room was really small since with a tiny flat screen TV and the bed sat three feet from a cheap bi-fold, hard to close toilet door. The couple that traveled with us had a larger room but smelled from damp moisture again even for Florida standards was uncomfortable. Parking was inconvenience since it was located one and half blocks away and you paid 10 dollars for the Inn's pass along with a mandatory 16 dollars for the WiFi (no exception)
The quaint atmosphere and the pool areas were very relaxing. Our room was a suite with a sitting room with a sofa and tables and chair and a nice flat screen tv. Also a micro wave and fridge. Also the sofa is a pull out bed.
Your service was excellant and the breakfast hit the spot. Will recommend to friends. Beautiful Christmas decorations.
Very small room. Lobby closed at 8
The location was awesome. We came on the Key West Express and we were pleasantly surprised as to how short the walk was to the hotel. The walk to Duval Street was also very close. The gardens everywhere on the grounds were beautiful! We'll be back for sure.
The room was small but that's ok. We booked the last room available. A chair and small table would have been helpful as there was no where to sit other than on one of the twin beds.
Walking distance to Duval St., Friendly staff, old charming style.
Loud, rooms not airtight, small toilet seat, furniture outdated, a/c window units loud and poorly installed.
We loved the pool area as well as the breakfast area. The property was very nice.
The rooms were very small. There was really no on street parking.
Advance the wifi would be better...
Poor signal of WIFI
location was good rooms clean and comfortable, staff informative and friendly, we had booked for only 1 night but decided to stay for another , we had to switch rooms but all worked out fine with minimum fuss
I can't find a negativeabout this Inn
Excellent location and the breakfast was just right.
Unfortunately, the window in our room was broken and let in a lot of street noise all night.
Location, small cottage style rooms clustered around the pools/courtyard
Breakfast was very poor, served between 8-10am if you got there at 9am there's very little left, so be early but don't get to excited as there's only corn flakes a few hard boiled eggs and a water melon and maybe a few bananas, bread and stale pastries, However if your glutton intolerant forget it and go to Denny's
Everything was awesome
Too loud A/C
Having to fight for a parking spot. Should have spots for guests.
i could not turn off the lights over the main door during the night.
