We met the housekeeper, he was super nice and friendly. The place had a kitchenette, it had most of what we needed. The price was very good.

The man who checked us in was the most unhelpful, unreasonable, unkind, and difficult person that I have ever encountered in a customer service position.

this is definitely the most horrible place i've ever lived via Booking.com. the worst part is that apt staff dropped me a note and charged me additional night stay saying that i overstayed. when i asked how could this be as we've been inside Yellowstone NP and he said we took photo of your car parking outside. so i asked for the photo and they started to be very rude,even over email. so i went straight to Booking.com for an official complaint, luckily, the booking website took the case and settled it. but i would definitely warn you, don't ever think about this apt, very poor management, difficult to find the registration, apt located at a very dark street corner, low ceiling, room and bed sheets got smell. the only good thing is that it's embedded with a washing machine and dryer, but no hair dryer...

The apartment was nice and clean and very close to town.

The beds and couches were very uncomfortable and one of the end tables was broken and almost falling apart. Also, the drain in the bathroom sink really needed plunging, it would hardly drain.

Finding the registration in a pizza shop/restaurant on the opposite end of town, being hard to find,and not being able to get in to register until 4pm. I had changed credit cards and was charged $25 for using a new card.

Had a refrigerator

The bed had no mattress pad!!!!! Just a sheet over the mattress!!! The light didn't work over the bathroom sink. The light didn't work on the ceiling (altho the fan did).. There was no soap for washing dishes. The eating counter top was unsteady. It seemed to have been freshly painted, but paint overlapped everywhere. The bathroom wash cloths and hand towels were RAGS!!!! Would never stay there again. Is this the quality of all booking.com accommodations?

1. Ceiling is very low 2. There is a low wood bench, it is not safe as my boss was touched. 3. Beds have metal sticks out, it is very dangerous for children. 4. Doors are also very low 5. Smell in room

The light from door switch did not work,the tolet water ran off and on,I fixted that, the gas stove did not work,the phone # I was given was not the right #.The check in location was not open in the am to talk about the problems .

The appartment left a lot to be desired in that it hadn't been cleaned very well, no bowls and very little cutlery. Had it not been for the fact that in Yellowstone every minute counts I would have taken the staff and management to task. I would not recommend this to my own worst enemy!

Llegue luego de la 9:30pm y ya habia cerrado la oficina de check in, si bien lo decia la reservacion, me parece bien mal de su parte cerrar tan temprano, tuve que buscar otro hotel los cuales estaban todos llenos y pasar una noche bien amarga

Le rapport qualité prix: 900$ pour 3 nuits dans un appartement proche d'une route très passante (non indiqué dans l'annonce), pas d'ouverture vers l'extérieur pour la pièce principal (non indiqué dans l'annonce), pas de climatisation (non indiqué dans l'annonce), appartement au premier étage directement sous la toit (non indiqué dans l'annonce), entrée par la première chambre (bizarre), .... crottes de souris ....... Apartement donc très cher par rapport àl a prestation offerte !!!! Même à las vegas dans le trump hotel c'était moins cher !!!!! et quelle différence de prestation !!!!!!!

C est suffisant si on y va que pour dormir !

Nous avons eu très froid , pourtant séjour en plein ete . Une cabane aurait été mieux chauffée .

Apartamentos confortables, el sofá-cama es grande y junto con la cama se puede dormir bien 4 personas. Precio mejor que otros alojamientos y bien situado.

Faltan algunas cosas (tapón del lavabo, puertas de armarios), pero lo peor ha sido que no está indicada la oficina para registrarse. El registro se lleva a cabo por personal de la cocina o camareros de una pizzería que no tiene en la fachada indicación alguna del alojamiento. Hay que preguntar para encontrarlo. Además te hacen firmar un recibo de visa en blanco para añadir la cantidad que deseen en caso que al dejarla vean que has roto algo. Pero ni van contigo a comprobar como estaba antes ni a ver como lo has dejado. Muy poco profesional y tienes que fiarte si o si.

solamente la vicinanza con l'ingresso del parco. gli appartamenti sono situati in uno scenario veramente desolante sembra di essere in una sota di baraccopoli!!!!

这是在旅行途中住的最糟糕的房子。我们住的房子和照片上的根本两回事，地址也不一样。房间在偏僻的小路里，- 就是简易的矮平房，随时可以拖走的那种。房间价格贵，设施差，卫生差，沙发床是坏的，被子估计是没洗过的，- 优点是有个厨房让我们烧烧中国菜。

Beware of booking this accomodation ! High DANGER of electrical hazard and fire ! In my home country Austria they never would be allowed to accept guests in such a house. Complete house construction is wood. Electrical heating mounted on wood, wood immediatly above stove, fire alarm out of order. NO SERVICE. No responsible person is present. You get the key at a Pizza Shop. Before handing out the key they force you to sign a blank credit card slip for their own security, because there is no one present for checkout. NO COMFORT. Very primitive and uncomplete. 1 restroom, 4 hangers for 8 persons. No food, no drinks, no ice no coffee. Warm water not available at tap in restroom. NO PRIVACY Users of ground floor can enter first floor. There is no door. THEY LIE. There is no washing machine and drier in the room.

地理位置很好，对于订不到黄石里面房间来讲，这个地区还不错，西门一出来就是。

房间不是网站上介绍的经济公寓，更不如图片上的小木屋，其实就是平板房，而且是临时房那种，随时可以用车子- 拖走的那种。设施卫生实在差，我们在这里面不- 敢洗澡。将就了2晚。周边环境也很差，看上去就是平民区，有点怕治安不好。是全程最差的房间，比一些汽车旅- 馆差很多。

Først fik vi et meget lille studio, Ydre side samt omgivelser lignede en town ship fra sydafrika. Indvendigt meget beskidt og manglende sengetøj. Efter mange skænderrier med personalet og telefon samtale med chefen, fik vi en Apartment ( anex ved siden af, også dårligt ydre. ) Invendigt meget slidt og gammelt, utætte vinduer og væge. Kun bade værelset var i god stand. Men der var det fornødne udstyr og senge tøj, men ikke rengjort. efter en overnatning. tjekkede vi ud og fandt et pænt motel i byen til de sidste 2 overnatninger. dette var enda 25 % billigere. men vi har betalt for 3 overnatninger for dette som ikke er refunderet. ホテルと受付事務所とは距離があり探しました。受付事務所はピザ屋でした。ピザ屋にもホテル名の看板がほし- い。わかりずらく探しました。 なんとなく息がつまる様な部屋でした。

It was quiet and far away from traffic and activity (if you want to walk to restaurants, attractions - this is not the place for you). The 1br apt. Did have everything we needed to prepare full meals (full fridge, full gas range, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, pots/pans,etc.). But the building and furnishings are very old and worn - not glamorous. It was clean and neat. For the price of $145 for the type of room, it was a fair deal for this very touristy area if you get over the age of the furnishings. For just a place to stay overnight and to cook a few meals, it was comfortable and met our needs.

Wifi was difficult to connect to: signal was only strong in one spot in the kitchen near the window and it was intermittently slow. Paying immediately upon reserving with no chance to cancel was not ideal. Having to sign a blank credit card slip was a little unsettling (all worked out ok). The units are in a single story row building with no view - one side looks on a fence, the other side looks directly into the building next door (but we weren't there for the view). The building is old and has an odor to it.

Nicht sauber die letzte Grundreinigung war sicher schon vor längere Zeit! Falsche Kategorie, niemals Luxus,eher aller einfachst! Erdrückend, die Raumhöhe ist nur ca. 2,00 m hoch.Nach Besichtigung storniert,und ein anderes Hotel gesucht.
