we stayed at a queen room which was great, really big and comfortable. there were not too many guests while we were there (mid november) but we did enjoy the quiet anyway. three rivers has a really nice vibe about it.
we got there at around 6 in the afternoon which felt like midnight in three rivers - not much street light and all restaurants seemed to be closed. we were hungry and looking for a place to get dinner but the girl at the reception seemed as ignorant of the place as we were. it would have been nice if she had suggested somewhere to go/something to do.
Shower heads were very low and no heat in the shower/toilet area
I loved the location, my room had a fireplace and a balcony. I slept great every night of my 3 night stay. I would definitely be back. The breakfast wasn't what I expected, but it was cool that you could make your own waffles. Also, I had read that this place was dirty and that there were bed bugs - not true of my room. Remember that you always get what you pay for. Also, as soon as we began to settle in, I noticed a baby lizard on the couch. I'm from the country so it didn't scare me. I actually thought it was pretty cool considering that we were out in their home to visit. Loved this place.
Inexpensive with great location
Cheaply built in the 70s
Room was very complete, This is a perfect location and great place to stay also in the summer a lot of outdoor space to enjoy a summer night by the pool, Jacuzzi, and having a barbecue We really enjoyed our stay as it is very close to Sequoia National Park spent a wonderful day there and then relaxed at Three Rivers
Nice room, old but nice
Waking up with black water coming out of the faucet, no water for at least two hours. Water was back on when we came back in the evening
Great location and helpful staff
More then pleasantly surprised at the clean spacious rooms.Breakfast standard fare except........make your own waffles!
Price and location
Breakfast, overall room cleanliness, room space
I liked the fridge n microwave. I also liked the different activities on the property, for example:horse shoe game, basketball court, etc. the location was perfect.
The carpet was old, dingy and had stains. I was woken up in the middle of the night by some noises like plumbing noises.
breakfast very basic & limited place a bit dated
Friendly staff, clean room, nice breakfast & reliable Wi-Fi
Can hear the walking sound from the room above ours.
Good location, rooms are well appointed and clean, lots of on grounds ammenities - pool/hot tub, bbq, horseshoe pit, swingset, close to river. Complimentary breakfast included bread items, cereal and waffle maker
1st night our room didn't have hot water at 10 pm. Told the woman at the front lobby. By morning it was hot again. Hot tub was not hot - only luke warm - too cold to sit in especially in Nov.
The shower pressure is poor.
Everything, exept breakfest, was very pleasent. Even childrens playground was there. Traveling with small children, it is very important.
Breakfest was scanty.
Location, location, location! It's just a few minutes' drive to the Sequoia National Park. The 3 Kings River runs by the hotel, and you can walk to the running creek, and enjoy a small water fall. The location is very organic, very clean.
The location was reasonably close to south entrance of Sequoia np. The price was lower than most others in the area.
Facility was dated, not too well-maintained. Tv channels were limited - several channels supposedly available were not. The Wi-Fi was not reliable. The breakfast facility was tight and the selection was very limited. As an American I was embarrassed - the foreign visitors no doubt expected more based on what we experienced in Europe last summer.
Very helpful and pleasant staff. Easy to get into Sequoia N.P. liked the Cider House eatery a couple of minutes away.
Fridge was over-efficient and froze everything.
Quite spacious room as for motel, so there was a place for a table and 2 chairs (in most of other motels we stayed we did not have it). There is a breakfast included, but just few tables available, so sometimes you have to wait to be seated.
nothing to complain
The facilities provided were quite good. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious with all amenities. It is located quite close to the sequioia national park
There was a power outage for almost the entire night. The staff forgot mentioning about it because of which we were not prepared.
Excellent view Nice staff
Room so dark
You got all you need as a traveler. Their breakfast lineup too is awesome.
One of the staffs at front desk not sure but I think she's from India was not really accommodating. She looked upset with some kind of attitude.
pretty location nearby eating places, gas and store big room
lack of info in room breakfast very poor
It was very clean. Good location.
Great location Good facilities
