Location just 6 miles from sequoia entrance. comfortable room, first class facilities, pool cleaned every morning and the general area. Beautiful location, near great restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful, excellent breakfast. Highly recommended. Lots of facilities for families.
There was nothin to dislike.

Dirty floors Worn out rooms and towels Needs updating Bed was worn out
Nice quaint place in a great location
The location is very convenient, in terms of getting to and from Sequoia National Park. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained.
The whole place is a little run-down. It feels like it hasn't been kept up for a very long time.
Near sequoia entrance
Facilities are old and not properly maintained.
The rooms are spacious with balcony.
WiFi isn't working.
Close to Saquoia National Park.
Unprofessional attitude of manager. Room quality.
Close to the National Park and lake
Overpriced for what you get. Breakfast area way too small for the size of the establishment, had to give up in the end as it was standing room only in there
The breakfast. the continental breakfast was very good.
check in town was not until 4 O'clock
breakfast was poor, no place to seat and eat, room was not very clean
Nice South Fork Kaweah River in walk distance. Breakfast in price.
Personnel were constantly turning off the air-conditioner even while we were outside the room for few minutes. Outside temperatures were above 40C. Only window at bathroom could be opened. Dirty carpet on the floor. Some aromatic scent in the room - probanly camouflageing something else.
Location, swimming pool
Small space for breakfast
It is located good. Pool is fine.
If this was a 80-100 dollars motel everything would be fine. But it's not, it's quite expensive. I payed 290 dollars for one night, which is robbery. Not sure if it's Booking.com or the place causing these rates on something worth half that amount. Arrived late, met by teenage staff who didn't seem to care if we came or not. One soap and one small bottle of shampoo and two towels for 5 people. Room poorly cleaned. The highly promoted included breakfast was awfull, and while eating we were surrounded by bees, more and more came as the breakfast mostly consists of sugar added bread, butter and a waffle machine, that saves it for the kids.
The room had air conditioning and was clean. Most of the personnel were helpful.
We rented a suite because that was all that was available. It was not much of a suite although there was an extra TV and a sofa bed. There was no alarm clock and the soaps were so flimsy that they fell apart after the first use. When we checked in, there was only one soap, but after we asked for another, housekeeping continued to restock two daily. The continental breakfast was skimpy (cut- up pieces of doughnuts and muffins, watered-down juice, sad- looking bread...). The young woman who checked us in was not at all friendly or helpful, but the other front desk people were although sometimes no one was available in the office! Housekeeping was good at providing what we needed. The hair dryer did not work at first, but the staff sent someone out to fix it.
Service, close to restaurant, quiet, big room, patio, staff friendliness, close to park.
Spacious rooms, quite close to the entrance to the national park
Location close to park,
Breakfast was done in such a way that you felt they were cutting corners (plates used were thin and disposable, cutting pastries in half)
