The reception and staff were VERY friendly and did their best with all requests. The room was clean, bigger than expected, had a mini fridge which was a bonus. Always very clean ready for me when I arrived back in the evening.
The noise. I did not get one decent night's sleep. The swinging door to the hallway was about 15 feet from my room and the panick bar plus the door itself was slamming open/closed at all hours! Woke me up constantly. The park lot was outside my window and between the car alarms, people honking, and shouting... Well, again, not easy to sleep.
Dirty nasty hotel. Roach trap in plain sight in my room. Loud and ghetto
Cleaned up my room as i went out for my business
Bad odour at the corridors
Room was good no heating only ac or switch off
Mention above shower not working no coffee maker
nothing.. if you come there you think ok, i am getting what i pay for, but once you switch the light off here it comes..bed bugs everywhere, check the mats.. and roaches everywhere
Bed bugs, roaches....horrible..
Was clean, staff was very very nice and understanding. The room was big and spacious and was for avert good price. The complex is gated so good for people with cars. The complex has a lounge/lobby area with 3 microwaves and a fridge to use and also coffee was provided which tasted fresh.
Get newer towels for restroom.
The only thing I like is that is close to downtown.
It was dirty and VERY noisy.
The maintenance guy was kinda friendly
The bed bugs
The water pressure was really low
Roaches gross looking.
- The motel was clean, considering the amount of money given - It had decent faclities
- Bathroom didnt have an exhaust fan
Nothing, I will never stay there again
*The loby was dirty *the facilty was run down *the staff was rude *the beds were uncomfortable *there was no thermastat in the room or way for me to adjust the temp aside from on or off I will never stay there ever again.
The beds looked like they had blood stains on them every where!! We had to leave.
Liked the price per night. Also, the rooms had excellent A/C, refrigerator and microwave. Almost forget, you have a bus stop less than a minute from the Western Inn.
Oops, some roaches wanted to eat with me.
I stayed from September 26 to September 29. Only payed $169. I found this price very fair. The room was very spacious (a group of 4). The parking lot was in a gated lot. Very safe. It's pretty close to the IAH airport. It's all about location. And this is in the center. If you come from a city like me, you'd like to know there's a few stores close to the hotel(walking). There's a gas station and a few fast food restaurant, like subway and Jack in the box among others.
Wifi was quick
Bit of a rough area. First room we had, the door didn't lock, the second room we were given, the shower wasn't working.
I liked the faux wood floors and that they were clean. The bed was comfortable enough and the bedding was very clean. And I would recommend the non smoking rooms. Overall, I got what I paid for but I wasn't disappointed
I didn't care for the potholes in and around the inn. TV had reception and the wifi only worked for my laptop in the front office
There was hot water, a bed to sleep in, and a television.
Like i said in the title you get what you pay for. It was cheap and couldn't expect to much. They made a do not disturb sign out of a paper towel and i had to get ice out of an ice chest that was in the lobby. The beds were horrible and the pillows were even worse. I felt so gross after sleeping in those beds that we all took baths as soon as we woke up.
The comfort of the room exceeded my expectations and the staff were very pleasant and helpful.
The lobby smelled musky as if the carpets need changing.
It was very cheap and good value for money. Hotel itself was clean and receptionists were helpful
Being two young females we felt quite unsafe being outside the hotel as the area wasn't the safest
wifi, clean, convenient, good staff
The hardwood floors and the pre pasted tooth bush and the banging mirror.
Blood on the comforters, Bullet proof glass on the check in counter, hotel soap with a bite taken out of it. Fear of getting stabbed.
