The price was the best for any room we have rented for several years. The location is convenient. The accommodation's were very nice, comfortable, and clean. The best beds we slept on during our trip.

The rooms were clean and spacious. We liked the fact that the rooms were separate from the casino. It was quiet. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants.

We had no-smoking room, but guests were allowed to smoke in an area just as you get off the elevator. You could smell the smoke all the way to the room. My wife is undergoing cancer treatment and is very sensitive to smoke. I think they should have their no-smoking rooms in areas where no one can smoke on the floor at all.

Restaurants there are good and convenient.

Price, food and friendly and courteous food staff. The view of the little lake and the perfect entry and exit of the freeway.

No hooks in the bathroom to hang towels or clothes. You remodeled the casino. The motel section needs up dating too. There was cigarette butts and debris to the entrance of the motel. Looked dirty. Cable reception was poor.

Too smoky in the casino. The rooms could be cleaner. A lot of your clients are seniors and non smokers. You should take a survey. Do a non smoking and you will be surprise of your clientel. Sitting at the counter in the cafe and seeing the mess on the work station by the toaster and butter & etc, and the mess, it could lose ones appetite. A rag was in the corner, Bad. It should be in bleach water when not being used, counter should always be wiped down. A second or two to be clean and senitized will save from ????? How is it in the Kitchen? Very important!! Managers should not just walk around. Pay attention to details.

Room, Casino, and restaurants are all nice. We will return.

Bathroom was very small and did'nt have enough storage space or towel racks. Shower temperature lever was about impossible to regulate.

Tiffany was great. I asked her for more towels then blankets and she got them immediately. I really appreciated her attention to my requests. Please let the necessary people know how much I appreciated Tiffany.

room next to ours had their jacuzzi going on the other side of the wall from our bed headboard after 12:00 midnight for two hours. this affected our nights sleep and rest! This should be taken care of in the future!

The water view...ability to view parking lot from our room and keep an eye on our motocycles. Rooms were spacy and comterable. Best thing was the rates!

The smoke odor in the casino, but we understand that is part of the enviroment.

The parking "sucked". Totally awful and inconvenient. It would be nice if parking for the motel was motel parking and not publicand casino parking.

I appreciate the place was very clean and I like the idea of having the casino separated from the rooms. Excellent food options and we enjoyed the proximity to the lake and also the free internet connection.

A microwave oven would have helped me a lot because it was a challenge to find ways to heat food for my baby.

Everything was good as far as room with one exception. The room was clean and the staff was friendly.

Lights in the room were so dim it was hard to read. The parking lot which is shared with the casino was always full and we had to search for a place to park.

I stayed at this holel many years ago and it has really been remodeled and everything about it lookes really nice and fresh and I like the security upon entering the hotel area

Food was great at Pauncho and Willy's

They asked for a deposit when I paid with my credit card. I was appolled with this. We stayed two other nights on this trip and were never asked for a deposit. The other thing was the desk person said that it would be refunded to our account but said it could take up to a week

Wasn't too thrilled about the room. It was not clean, there were stains and hair in the bathroom, it all just seemed out-dated. The facility could benefit from a good makeover with more modern fixtures and bathroom overhauls!

Easy access, very comfortable, Pancho and Willies has great food at very reasonable prices.

Room was quiet and comfortable. Restaurant was very good. Easy on and off highway.

Good, clean place to stay, nice room, great price, good location, casino on site.Will be staying at again when we go to Reno/Sparks and stay late or don't want to drive home that night. Or early appointment the next day (as in this case). Won't hesitate to use again and will book in advance through booking.com when I have some lead time.

Only problem I had was parking to get to the reservation desk

The people go out of there way to make your stay wonderful. Very clean rooms. The property was very well kept also.

I was they would have had microwaves in the rooms, due to the two nights we stayed we eat out and brought back leftovers, with no way to heat them.

Just a one-night stay, but the room was very nice and clean. We ate at Pancho & Willeys and the food was excellent. The wait staff was extremely friendly. I would definately stay here again!
