The Wireless Lan did not work so we had do connect to the WLan of the neigbouring motel
Much cleaner (newer) than an average motel. Excellent location.
Not even a clock; the air conditioner was a window unit so high @ the ceiling you had to have a standing stool to reach it, the picture used to make arrangements is very misleading (does not show the age of the motel).
Williams is a fun little town with good access to the Grand Canyon. Family suite was a good value.
Shared bathroom for five people in two rooms was a bit of a challenge. WiFi was terrible.
Overpriced for the condition of the motel. never did get connected to the WiFi
People Clean Location
We were close to the ice machine. Parking in front of room.
We were on the first floor and had a walker in the room overhead. Not only walked but dropped things on the floor. Try to get room without second floor, they have a few only.
Lost Wi-Fi - probably due to weather/storms. Only one TV channel, hard to find news.
The room we rent (1 big room with 3 double beds) was really clean, enjoyable, and perfect for our family (3 kids).
We could not see the room before paying for it, they refused to give us the key to check it. At the end, we really liked it, but I always prefer having a look at them first.
rooms are small
Great/convenient location. Nice staff. Quiet, cute area. Easy check-in & out process.
Rooms less than average. Seemed like they tried to provide everything a regular hotel would, but at a subpar level. No coffee or breakfast provided. Super scary ice machine (basically a hole in the outer wall with the word "Ice" spray-painted on it)...frightfully amusing though.
Clean, mini-fridge & micro, strong A/C, connecting rooms available. Good value for money.
80's style motel.. old (but functioning!) equipment. Help was needed with connecting and initial operating of the A/C. The office is not open all the time however you get help eventually on call.
the location is great beautiful little town
the internet would not work period. After many calls to office for new passwords that never worked, finally gave up.Cooler blew warm.Shower had little hot water. no morning breakfast. all fot 130 dollars per night. never plan to stay here again.
Good location right on route 66
I would have expected a double room to have coffee / towels for two people rather than just one. Pretty old and dated but adequate
Availability of family suite. Proximity to the Canyon. Cleanliness ok.
Old facilities. Bathroom amenities poor. Towels looked like old rags. Help desk staff not available at night or early morning. Wi-fi advertised but didn't work.
Old and little run down
air conditioner is up so high you need to be 8 feet tall to reach it. We were told each until has a step latter !! I was not able to reach the air conditioner even with the step stool I was given. I could have fallen had I kept trying to turn it on.
oler motel but clean. The wifi would not connect and there was not much to do at the motel.
Nearness to Grand Canyon Railway Microwave and Frige in room
Toilet flushed poorly No kleenex no pen no writing paper Very slow WI FI Towels felt like sandpaper AC unit above the sink, cord hard to reach and had to be plugged in just to left of the hot water faucet. Dangerous !
Nice place in a beautiful old town
It was my first time visiting Williams and it was the perfect spot at the beginning of town.
No complaints but for the money i would have liked a few more amenities.
Location to the Grand Canyon Train, Restaurants, Shopping & Bearizona Wildlife Park. Cleanliness of the Facilities. Staff was Pleasant. This is the Last Town on Old Rt. 66 That Was By-passed.
Out Dated Room Furnishing & Bathroom
Close to everything.
The motel is very old and outdated have stayed in better places for half the price.
The location was good and considering the place where it is located, the stay is worth the price. It was safe, cute and comfortable and close to shopping and eating places.
