The location is very good if you don't want to pay for the expensive lodges on the rim. The motel is not fancy in any way but it's clean and fairy comfortable. Nice restaurants around.
Everything was fine for budget travellers like us.
The location is great
The bathroom was disgusting. The towels were dirty and the shower curtain looked like something out of a horror movie. It had what looked to be dirt and blood stains all over it.
Great location, near shops and places to eat. Comfortable beds, spacious room, hot showers, refrigerator, helpful staff. Great value for money.
Location, Williams is a charming and cheap option to stay within one hour drive to the Grand Canyon, cleanliness.
Towels very poor. Threadbare and ragged.
Good will recommend, have stayed there in the past
Good experience, but need to up grade the wifi. Phone and Internet pad did work or to slow to access information about the area, when on wifi.
A place to stay while visiting the Grand Canyon. Have all the basics but nothing to write home about!
Poor customer service, never call asking for directions. Thin walls and near a railroad track.
Close to town area, easy access to hiway. Wifi is secure.
Very old, dated.
Good value for money, nicely accessible by car on the way to grand canyon. Keeping in mind the short distance to Grand Canyon and the price difference between the accommodation inside the park itself, Flagstaff is the best choice to spend the night before hitting the road to the canyon in the morning. And this motel is just a good old average.
Maybe the noise-isolation of the windows and the doors is not the best but they're all like that
Location was great, close to Grand Canyon Railway Station. Clerk expected our arrival and easy check in and out.
Train goes through around 4:00 am and 6:30 am, blowing the whistle, making it difficult if you're a light sleeper. Room/bathroom were old and dated, but functional.
We paid 120 for a 3 bed room for one night. It was clean, close to town and restaurants. We had room 106 which is next to the car wash and across from the train station so was a bit noisy at times.
Staff was non existent, got there at 2pm for check in the door said open but it was locked. I rang the door about 20 times and then 20 minutes later i decided to call the office and then the lady finally showed up. No alarm clock. Room was a little cluttered with different pieces of random funiture
Friendly welcome Clean room Microwave, fridge and coffee maker (with coffee) in room Ice machine just outside Good location opposite supermarket in Williams Good overnight stop on way to it from Grand Canyon
The Wireless Lan did not work so we had do connect to the WLan of the neigbouring motel
Much cleaner (newer) than an average motel. Excellent location.
Not even a clock; the air conditioner was a window unit so high @ the ceiling you had to have a standing stool to reach it, the picture used to make arrangements is very misleading (does not show the age of the motel).
Williams is a fun little town with good access to the Grand Canyon. Family suite was a good value.
Shared bathroom for five people in two rooms was a bit of a challenge. WiFi was terrible.
Overpriced for the condition of the motel. never did get connected to the WiFi
People Clean Location
We were close to the ice machine. Parking in front of room.
We were on the first floor and had a walker in the room overhead. Not only walked but dropped things on the floor. Try to get room without second floor, they have a few only.
Lost Wi-Fi - probably due to weather/storms. Only one TV channel, hard to find news.
The room we rent (1 big room with 3 double beds) was really clean, enjoyable, and perfect for our family (3 kids).
We could not see the room before paying for it, they refused to give us the key to check it. At the end, we really liked it, but I always prefer having a look at them first.
rooms are small
Great/convenient location. Nice staff. Quiet, cute area. Easy check-in & out process.
Rooms less than average. Seemed like they tried to provide everything a regular hotel would, but at a subpar level. No coffee or breakfast provided. Super scary ice machine (basically a hole in the outer wall with the word "Ice" spray-painted on it)...frightfully amusing though.
Clean, mini-fridge & micro, strong A/C, connecting rooms available. Good value for money.
80's style motel.. old (but functioning!) equipment. Help was needed with connecting and initial operating of the A/C. The office is not open all the time however you get help eventually on call.
the location is great beautiful little town
the internet would not work period. After many calls to office for new passwords that never worked, finally gave up.Cooler blew warm.Shower had little hot water. no morning breakfast. all fot 130 dollars per night. never plan to stay here again.
