The location is the best

easy check in and nice people

location was great and rooms were wonderful.

check in process was to slow and washing machine in room didn't work needed more towels and no one was there to bring them.

We loved the large rooms, large beds, large two person spa, large shower and beautiful views. We stayed on the 5th floor in the check-in building (beautiful views). Kids loved they could have pizza delivered from across the street on premises. Nice service.

Could hear next door neighbor a little because we were in a lock-out room.

It was a great getaway, we could walk, hot tub, enjoy the pool, or whatever and not feel crowded by others. It was great

The weather wasn't always cooperating, so it would be great to have an indoor hot tub for times like these.

Having a refrigerator in the room.

Not having hot water to take a shower. Having kids in the swimming pool that were unsupervised with balls and water noodles. Calling security to assist and having them just watch.

Grand one bedroom villa was beautiful and modern. The view from our 6th floor balcony was fantastic. Onsite pizza delivery service was nice, considering we got snowed in one evening.

All the activities offered. It was really nice to not need a key to get to the pool/activity rooms. Very family friendly.

The walls were very thin and noise level was high.

I had dishwasher leak and the maintenance man was were nice and worked to solved the problem quickly. The rooms were very spacious.

After a 6+ hour drive I checked in but was not allowed to go to my room. I was given over to the marketing department to listen to the sales speech. I was very tired and just wanted to go to my room. Also it is very misleading about wifi cost. It says 9.99 but that is per device. So if you have 3 device you pay $30 per 24 hours. I went to the front desk to ask about this and show them my printout from booking.com and they said the company does not allow it. He then said you may pass out the code to other guests. They want me to buy a condo or timeshare and they are going to treat me like an internet thief. I dont think so.

Love the location it was a beautiful place and the view was amazing

That you had to pay extra for the wifi I don't think that should be an extra charge

The privacy and location as well as the accommodations..would definitely stay there again

Location is nice and overall appearance.

Our studio needed some updating and carpets were dirty looking.

The room was excellent with great views. As a family of five we had plenty of room to spread out. The indoor pool and the outdoor jacuzzi were wonderful.

The pressure to go on a timeshare tour.

The condo we stayed in was very charming. It had one bedroom, a full kitchen and a washer/dryer. The tv was over the fireplace in a stone wall.

At checkin we were offered an upgrade to the condo in exchange for viewing the time share presentation. We said no because we had had those high presure sales before. They promised this would be low key but it wasn'T. They were rude when we continued to say we were not buying. Also it was such a big resort that the indoor pool, the hot tube and our room were in three different buildings. It was cold and icy outside and I didn't even use the pool although having an indoor pool had been a major factor in making that choice. And the pool was too small to swim laps.

Location, easy to get to and close to many shows, shopping and good restaurants. Love the quiet, secluded wooded area, back to nature feeling.

Was disappointed with my view from my room as it directly faced the fenced in trash holders.

Great rooms, service, and excellent location. Feels very private and remote yet is minutes away from all of the attractions. Will definitely refer others and return in the future.

All expectations met & surpassed.

Felt very safe with the locked gate and the guard.

Having to drive to the pool or the fitness center. Big place.

The condos are really nice and several rooms are accessible to each other.

There was nothing I didn't like

I really enjoyed the fact it was gated with security around checking everything and that it was clean and open. We felt very secure and relaxed with no worries. The staff were very friendly and the rooms spotless.

The hill going down to the room was a bit steep but that was to be expected with the location I guess. It really wasnt a problem.

The convenience of the resort to all the shows & restaurants in Branson, plus the security, and the reasonable cost of our stay.

Grand villa was right sized and very comfortable.

Sales pitch at check-in time. I only wanted a place to stay, not a time share sales pitch.
