The night staff was super awesome and accomidating. We had an issue with the heater in the first room we booked and they moved us to the next one over for the same price... it was a nice room and everything worked well and was clean.
For two nights, it was 156.24 which I suppose isn't to horrible... Check out time at this resort is 10 am!!!! The motel 6 gives you until 11! Early check out. The store on site only has pepsi products and their stuff is fairly expensive. We went there because we had family we were meeting there but honestly, I wouldn't seek this place out. It's nice but not my cup of tea.
we loved almost everything the leather couches we comfy the kitchen was great so was the bedroom the deck the bathroom was really big the dining room .
the carpet really needed replaced but, could live with that. but the simple fact that u couldn't even get the whirlpool tub above the jets before the hot water ran out really sucked.
The room was dusty and the shower didn't work. The front door to our room was just feet from the dumpster which consumed most of the window view. We won't be back.
All the amazing amenities
The atmosphere, staff and the villa was very nice. It would be a place that we would visit time and time again. We though it was a far better place to stay than a hotel and provided a sense of seclusion away from next room neighbors as you would have at hotels.
Was disappointed in the jetted tub, because the hot water would run out before you could get it filled to use. That being said, it would not keep us from coming back, we promise!
The place was quit and roomy.
The noisy dishwasher the fridge leaked water, the tub put black stuff in our water and wouldn't drain.sink had issues.
The wallpaper was peeling, the lights fixturesin the ceiling were missing their covers, the 75 pound, un-framed mirror in the bathroom was being held on with a piece of construction paper. The main door didn't seal requiring the heater to run all night, and the bathroom had loose tiles on the floor. When the heater ran, it blew the curtain open, exposing us to the other guests driving and walking by. The wifi costs $10 per night. The pool wasn't heated, hot tubs were closed. Holes in the walls and ceiling. Kitchenette was divided up, the coffee pot was in the bathroom.... and the fridge and microwave were stacked on the floor in the closet, that was being powered by an extension cord from the main room. The ice machine room had no lighting, so we had to leave the door open in the dead of winter to use that facility. The towels had minor stains on them, and the toilet paper roll was 2/3 used.... by who we don't want to know.

Very spacious, big bed, nice kitchen facilities, nice jet tube.
No free WiFi? C'mon. And the fireplace? Apparently just for looks - it didn't provide any kind of heat. The bed was very firm - too much for us.
The home living feel
The fireplace was fake, the toilet would not flush correctly. Never received any kind of housekeeping. The only Staff that we saw was at checkin
The gentleman working the gate to the complex was very helpful and polite.
The hotel was close to vacant and we got a room right next to the only other occupants of the building.
Was really nice and clean, bed was comfortable. I loved the bathroom cause it was so big. They had real cups in our room instead of just the plastic ones which was nice.
We paid a $50 security deposit that they said they would return and they didn't. Our neighbors were super loud, they had like 10 little kids with them who were screaming and running around.
Kept pet in car, as the cost was too high.
Location was great, and staff was friendly.
Room were poorly insulated, and you could hear every noise from other rooms, and shower was broken, and tv reception was poor. I would give this resort a 3 out of 5 stars.
The price of room was great
Beds were very uncomfortable
Rooms were very nice
I liked everything
Indoor pool outside games and playground trail and waterfall
I liked the location because it was less than 10 minutes from the Tanga Outlet Mall and about 15 min. from Branson Landing. The facilites were good and clean for the price though I would rather have had a room in the main hotel section and not in the cabin-like section. I would definitely stay there again.
There was nothing I really didn't like. I just would have rather been in the main hotel section than in the cabin-like section.
Absolutely wonderful place very clean and staff was excellent would stay here again in a heart beat.
They charged a $170 cleaning fee for my 8 lb Pomeranian. This was not on there website, very unhappy.
Good location, nice clean rooms. I enjoyed the hiking trail. We mainly slept here and didn't use the pool or other facilities. We would stay here again. The bed was wonderful-great mattress!
We took their optional time share talk but it lasted over 2-1/2 hours instead of the 90 minutes they said it would take. We'll skip that the next time.
I liked the security gate to the hotel
Our telephone didn't work in room, outlets didn't work, coffee pot wasn't working and I could hear the people talking in the next room.when someone uses the shower there is a high pitch noises.tried to get us to do a time share.not with that experience
The location and grounds were beautiful and the staff was very helpful.
The cleaning crew did not clean the room to our satisfaction. And on our last night there we found a bug that highly resembled a bed bug on one of the pillows. We reported it to the management upon checking out and they were very apologetic and told us they were going to discount our stay by 50%. We haven't seen that credit yet on our bill.
Privacy, grounds, easy access to Branson.
We got deluxe grand villa with 2 bedrooms for a group of 6 for a girls weekend and it's so comfy and homelike. You don't feel like you're in a hotel with the couches and full kitchen.
The check-in is at 4:00pm which isn't bad but the check-out is at 10:00am which seems kind of ridiculous when you also have a late check-in as well. It should be one or the other if anything
