We were very impressed by the breakfast.
SIZE OF ROOM
Room was missing amenities. Granddaughter developed itchy rash after one night. Maid service was lacking. Condition of room was bad. Not worth the money.
While we didn't get to use the pool, it looked like a lot of fun. We also did not get to go in the lounge, but it looked like a great place to hang out, maybe while the kids swim. The rooms were huge and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was awesome!
It wasn't dirty, it just wasn't exactly clean. There were metal steps leading up to our room and there were little shiny blue rocks that someone must have spilled on the steps. They were there all night and I couldn't believe someone didn't lose their footing on them. Also, it would be nice if the lounge would stay open later than 11 for us late travelers.
very quiet rooms. Fun swimming area. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.
dated fixtures (doors). Small repairs needed.
Not very clean saw a couple cochroaches
Pleasant staff. Convenient to my destination.
It was a very cold night the heat in the room never increased no matter how high the setting. The side exterior doors remained opened through the night.
Had asked for late check out upon booking recieved confirmation from Booking Buddy and Westgate, locked out of room at 11:00 a.m. They had no record???
Room was fairly clean. Sheets felt clean and fresh. Bed was comfortable. Pleasant staff.
Carpet fresh was so strong it took 3 days to be able to breathe properly. Had to keep door open as much as possible and told maid not to vacuum any more. Had to kill several bugs in the bathroom (a southern thing?). Bath towels were the size of hand towels. Freezer in section in ref rig was dripping on food. No breakfast bar items available after 9AM. On vacation - a little later availability would have been nice. Old motel, old furniture. Pictures made it look much nicer than it was. We had 4 rooms - 10 people, all adults - and had other problems in other rooms too. Bad TV reception, leaking from upstairs into bathroom. Granddaughter had to clean bathtub so she could get a shower. Generally very disappointed.
The type of room and set up were as expected for the cost of the room.
We got two rooms. In one room the bathroom was filthy and we needed to clean it in order to use it. The other room had a leak in the ceiling of the bathroom from the room above, and had mildew in the walls and ceiling, which caused me to get sick. The breakfast was terrible, and the employees were rude. There are only 5 handicap spots and when we returned to our rooms the employees had parked in all of them.
Breakfast hours and staff help
Request were not honored spider webs all around room with spiders dead bugs laying in corners of room, along with peeling ceiling pieces on floor showing rooms were not vacuumed thoroughly. Frightful check in.
I use to stay at this inn while visiting Clarksville, but the overall quality of the inn has gone down.
This has to be the most sincere and accomodating staff I have EVER encountered. When my son wasnt able to come home from overseas, they went out of their way to console me and even helped with canceling my reservation during my stay. They were very very helpful and considerate.
Everything...they have bedbugs
I would stay there again just because the staff was so nice. From the desk clerks to the maid staff, everyone made us feel at home.
I have got to admit this was not the nicest motel I have stayed in. The room was a little smelly and the humidity from the pool was a little uncomfortable. But it was clean and I did enjoy my week there.
The pool was nice.
There was a party, the first night of stay Wich was loud and keep me up.
I like the fact that there is an Indoor pool, the kids had a lot of fun, they did not want to leave.
I like more ventilation. The room had an AC and an exhaust in the bathroom. But I feel the need to breathe and let some light in. All the windows face the pool, so it feels like it's late at night all the time.
Did not like location. The lobby and room were damp. Sheets stained & ripped. Bugs on the bedside table. I would not recommend this place for a single white female!
The coffee, that they allowed my small dog to stay in the room, and the price.
When I arrived, the hotel parking lot was near empty and prominently filled with two dumpsters. The bedside tables were covered with water marks from glasses (I was able to wipe those clean). The middle of the blanket on the bed had a white dried substance on it. The "deluxe" breakfast was powdered scrambled eggs and anemic, under-cooked sausage. The half-and-half was displayed next to the hot water dispenser making it float on the surface of a cup of coffee. I declined to go in the pool or hot tub as I feared the same kind of neglect of the water quality. At the end of my stay, I found an empty pack of L&Ms in a trash can I had not used. :/
The only good thing about this place was the pool.
The pullout bed had sheets on it from 1967 ((they hadn't been changed in God knows how long))!! I was supposed to have gotten a luxury king suite, only to have gotten a smelly, old room. 3 shabby travel pillows ((on a king bed))! It was just awful.
Not all the water features were working. Pool needed cleaning. Bathroom needed updated. And room door didn't open up but half way.
There was an indoor swimming pool that was loud and let guests be there till 11:00 pm. Breakfast was awful. No proper cutlery, cheap plates and cups. Horrible hygen. Not much to choose. Tub and bathroom walls were full of black spots of mold. The tub drain didn't work and water backed up. There was yellow stains on towels. This place lacks a proper management
Location. It was quiet.
It was to be a non-smoking room. It wasn't. Cigarette holes in the bedspreads. Air conditioning filters were filthy. Needed to spray for roaches. Compared to just having Holiday Inn Express for about the same monies it was very poor.
The staff were nice.
Room was dirty. Condom wrapper under the the mattress. Pool was ok it has rust in several places but what they had was a salt water system. Bathroom had holes in the wall. Burn holes in the carpet, furniture and blankets. The breakfast area was dirty. Food was cold. The floor was so sticky your feet stuck to it and the tables were dirty. The floors in the hall were dirty and had burn holes.
Pool was enjoyable, breakfast was ok, staff were pleasant.
Room had horrible smoke smell, beds were uncomfortable, run down feeling, not safe feeling outside the building.
Breakfast was fine. Staff was very friendly.
