It was very nice and very quiet,though it was off season. At times we felt we were the only people staying there. The pool and pool facitiities, such as towels, was excellent. Grounds were well kept. Very good value for the price. The hotel was fine, but one of the reasons we chose it was because it had free shuttle service to Disney, but we found their schedule did not accommodate our needs, so we opted to use our own vehicle. This was no big deal as it was only 10 minutes from Disney with easy access. The only complaint I have is that when booking with Booking.com it was stated that we only had to pay the taxes, that the service charge was included in the price, but we were charged $2.50/day service charge. I did not notice this until after we had left the hotel. |

The rooms were cleaned very well every day and we were there 7 days. The whole building, especially where you eat the continental breakfast, smells terribly of stale smoke. |

The pool area was about the only ok part of the motel - the rooms by the pool looked a little nicer - the motel was about 95% empty - we were given a pet room which was the bottom of the barrel - ugh !! Very dingy - to pay more and get less is not fair ! And they quoted a total of $25 pet fee and we were charged that per night which was not disclosed - Breakfast not like the picture - pretty pitiful !! Everything included in above comments |

Great and big beds. Good shower, spacious rooms, friendly personnel at the front desks and reliable shuttle service to the parks: in the morning it leaves at 7.45 for Disney and at 9.00 for Universal. For Disney you can come back around 19.30 or at 22.45. For Universal you can go back at 21.00. Great value for money. Airco might be a bit noisy to some people but we didnt mind. Breakfast is good for American standards but basic for European ones: there is bread, cereals, bagels and coffee, tea and juices. |

Value, budget hotel. Good for trips that require an extended stay on a budget. Buyers should be aware the you get what you pay for. The attendent at check out charged the wrong credit card which caused a problem for the remainder of my vacation. The room smelled old and really needs a deep cleaning. |

Westgate offered everything that I needed in order to go to Disney without breaking the bank. The room was clean and comfortable and the continental breakfast was pretty good (the coffee was yum!). It was not in the greatest part of town and parts on the outside of the hotel were in pretty bad shape, especially around the stairs on the way to our room. |

Very affordable and clean rooms. I would consider staying again. The hotel bar reaped of cigarette smoak that carried into the lobby,workout room and continental breakfast area. This would keep me from coming back if not corrected. |

I was very pleasantly surprised! I honestly wasn't expecting much for the very reasonable price I got on booking.com but the hotel had everything I wanted (nice pool, micro/fridge, grill, wireless) and I decided to take a chance. It was a very pleasant surprise--fairly comfortable beds, clean rooms, a fridge/micro in each room, a great pool, reliable wireless, an area to picnic and grill out.... They offer a deluxe continental which actually has a good # of options-- but they are all bread/cereal based w/ the exceptions of the drinks. I'd love some fruit/yogurt/eggs being a bit gluten intolerant, but it's definitely enough to fill you up every morning! |

Buena relacion precio-calidad. Cerca de los parques tematicos de Disney, prestan eficiente servicio de transporte gratuito a los parques Universal Studios, Sea World y Disney. Excelente atencion del personal. Al desayuno le podrian agregar algun tipo de frutas. |

очень большой номер. в номере есть холодильник, кофеварка, микроволновая печь.очень низкие цены в местном баре, в том числе и на алкоголь. очень чистый бассейн.до диснея ходит бесплатный шатл не понравилось местоположение отеля. на сайте букинга было написано, что отель находится прям рядом с диснейлендом, скажу сразу не правда!!!!!! карта на букинге тоже врет. до диснея 20 км если не больше. |

El trato del personal, sobre todo de Roy (argentino) excelente persona, nos soluciono todo tipo de inconvenientes y nos ayudo con consejos muy utiles. Tambien Rosa (argentina) muy amable Algunas habitaciones dan directo al parking (tipo motel) |

Que las habitaciones tengan mini-refrigerador y horno micro-ondas. Que diga que se encuentra en Kissimme cuando realmente se encuentra en Clermont, es decir, no está tan cerca de los parques temáticos como dice que está. |

Esta cerca de los parques de Disney y su precio es razonable , la habitación siempre estuvo limpia. Si , retiran el desayuno muy temprano , deberian dar al huesped por lo menos una hora mas . |

La habitacion esta dotada completamente de lo necesario para que cualquier persona pueda pasar una estadia placentera. No es que no me haya gustado algo, pero creo que podrian variar el desayuno. |
