Friendly, courteous, helpful staff. Ease in securing and paying for reservation. Amenities offered. Rooms are nicely decorated.

When we stayed there a year ago the pull out mattress in the sofa was terrible.

The setting in the mountains. Beautiful adult relaxation pool. Wonderful room with small kitchen. Classy decor.

I know that the resort was almost empty for our stay. We requested a room close to pool for kids. Instead we were put way out back near the early am trucks. Punishment for our great rate? I would not put that past the owner, David Seigal

The staff was good. Location good. Loved the steam shower and fully equipped kitchen. Loved the option of adult hot tub and pool.

The bed sheets felt like paper, when spending $400 + a night on a room I would expect nicer bedding (not asking too much, I don't think the sheets were even 100 tc). Towels weren't replenished the next day when the room was cleaned. The parking garage is a bit of a joke. Room service would have been nice. Better signage in hotel, not so easy to navigate around.

Location was great.

The layout of the hotel, having to take multiple elevators to get anywhere in the facility was confusing and irritating. To get to our room on the 6th floor of the Bear wing from the lobby, we had to walk up one flight of stairs, walk down an incredibly long hallway, take the elevator to the 5th floor, walk down another hallway and then take a second elevator to the 6th floor. To get to the restaurant for dinner, we then had to take an elevator to the 5th floor, walk down a long hallway, through the pool area, down another hallway, then take an elevator to the 7th floor. Very irritating.

No service no towels change during whole stay not enough elevators cleaning staff went out at same time when all skiers came back 4:00 pm rush hour collapsing all elevators, disaster, chaos no late check out, not even 15 minutes not polite not friendly, manager did not care, recommend send to training course on customer relationship, etc, etc

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Underground parking was very tight but nice nonetheless. Loved the steamer showers! Beautiful location!

Housekeeping staff were not very thorough and were noisy in the halls. The mattress was saggy - they need to turn them over more often or replace them! The service in the bar and grill was very nice but it took forever to get our food!

I loved that the staff was so friendly, welcoming and accommodating.

The check out time was too early.

It is a beautiful resort. Great location. The indoor/outdoor pool is large and there are plenty of lounge chairs. The work out room has a variety of equipment. We arrived late and parking was full so they gave us valet parking for free! I love the view of the city. My 5 yr old kept saying "woo. they sure know how to treat people here!"

It doesnt' look like it's being up kept very well on the inside. The carpet in every hall we went in needed to be cleaned. the walls are getting dings and stuff in them and not being repaired. If I was an owner I would not be very pleased with the use of the homeowners fees. We stayed 2 nights. The first day housekeeping showed up at 4pm but the morning of checkout they were knocking at 10:02. I thought that was a little rude. And we had to use the couch bed for our girls so it was a big pain to sit and trip past it waiting for housekeeping. I finally just folded up the bed myself so that we couild walk. All they even had to do was make our bed and trade out towels.

This is by far the best hotel we have been to as a family. We have 5 small children and stayed in the 2 bedroom villa and it was perfect! We chose this hotel because it could accommodate our large family without breaking the bank (best price around!) but we got way more than we anticipated! There was plenty of room for all of us and the kitchen was really nice so we could cook our food instead of going out to eat for every meal! The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. We loved the giant jacuzzi tub and steam shower! It was nice having TVs in each of the rooms so we could all watch our own shows. The pool and kids play area are terrific! A must for families! This hotel is in a great, central location, close to many of the pc attractions. We will definitely be staying here for our annual Park City trip! So glad we found this place! Thank you, Westgate!

Late check-in and early check-out!

The Westgate offered a beautiful room with great facilities - we love the adult swim area with swimming pool, Jacuzzi, dry sauna and steam room. The room itself was very nice - the shower with steam option was fabulous. Everything else was fine.

The beds were too hard – my husband and I both slept restlessly and he woke up with a sore back.

It was reasonably priced.

Room was small, almost claustrophobic. Getting from one place to another was a pain. The staff wss more interested in selling time shares. It was inexpensive but you get what you pay for.

You can't beat the location, the lift gondola is just a short way from the hotel door.

The stuff is trying to sell you a timeshare at any opportunity, to the point of being rude. The resturants are way over priced. The rooms are pretty old and warn down.

Beautiful setting

Staff need to remember we are customers. Many times in only 2 days I had to wait for stAff to stop chatting with each other to answer my questions. Felt the layout of the buildings was confusing and too few signs, didn't realize multiple buildings, . Front desk people did not give a map or directions just said park there and pointed. Check out at 10. Too early why not 11-12? How do you relax ? Won't be back. Price too high for size of room and early checkout.
