I liked the room a lot and the very convenient airport shuttle. I also liked the breakfast buffett. The cost of the food was too high. I had a budget for the time I was there, and eating at the hotel for dinner was just not an option because of the cost. I also felt I was charged for something in the small refrigerator that I did not eat, but didn't have time to discuss it w/staff. |

The cleanliness of the room, the comfort of the bed and the updated television and the well stocked fridge(although we didn't use anything), it was nice to know that whatever we needed was w/in reach and we could be billed w/out leaving the room. |

staff were to busy to be cheerful, alarm clock kept buzzing, there was limited information in the room, only room service menu When my son paid for his breakfast with $20, he had to hunt the waiter down for his change. |

Efficient and fast room service; I found what I'd ordered (rotisserie chicken salad) surprisingly good. There was no closet in the room...unless I couldn't find it? There was an $8.00 dollar charge on my bill; I asked for explanations at check out; there was a lot of humming and hawing and they could not come up with a convincing answer; I didn't press the point. |

The bedding and the shower were incredible. Very comfortable. Have noticed a pending 50.00 transaction on my banking which I am unsure about. Everything else was wonderful. |
