Westin Boston Waterfront  

The location was great. The lobby was decorated very nicely. The staff was very pleasant.

The room was not entirely clean. The chair in the room had stains on it. The doors and door frames had dirt on them and looked like they had not been cleaned for months. The day of the stay I called the hotel and requested a room refrigerator. I was told it would not be a problem and just request it at check-in. At check-in I requested as instructed, I was told a refrigerator would be brought up to my room right away. About 10 minutes after arriving in my room I received a call saying they had no refrigerators left. I am disappointed in the handling of the situation since I was twice told it would be no problem. I would have been happier for the first person I talked with to reserve the fridge with my room.

Normal hotel, nothing special about it

I thought that the price - value was a bit off balance. The hotel was average and nothing special for the money you paid. Plus: No free Wifi in room, not acceptable for the money.

Great location, close to public transit, wonderful rooms and amenities

Very good beds and nice shower.

Very unpersonal, location far from the centre, also very noisy room.

12.95 per day charge for internet accesss no bottled water in rooms

Room and view from the 15th floor was outstanding. Starbucks coffee in the room. Beds were very comfortable. Was traveling with 2 children and the pool provided hours of entertainment.

Breakfast options were quite expensive, especially if you are not traveling on an expense account.

The people in the Starbucks at the hotel were very rude, on more than one day.

good location in a great city

Abbiamo scelto questo Hotel perchè vicino all'areoporto di Boston e ci abbiamo passato l'ultima notte prima di tornare in Italia. Devo dire che nonostante sia molto lontano dal centro, il disagio è compensato da un servizio veramente extra, personale supercordiale e una struttura sicuramente molto al di sopra della media. Camere molto ampie.

Unico aspetto negativo è il fatto di essere troppo in periferia.

La vue sur l'eau (Waterfront) ne valait pas le surplus payé pour la chambre.

C'est un 4 étoiles plus abordables que les autres établissements de même catégorie à Boston. Un rapport qualité-prix difficile à battre.

C'est un hôtel un peu en retrait du centre-ville et il y a peu de commerces autours de l'hôtel et dans les environs, seulement des restaurants et mini marché peu garni.
