Perfect!

The location was great. The lobby was decorated very nicely. The staff was very pleasant.

The room was not entirely clean. The chair in the room had stains on it. The doors and door frames had dirt on them and looked like they had not been cleaned for months. The day of the stay I called the hotel and requested a room refrigerator. I was told it would not be a problem and just request it at check-in. At check-in I requested as instructed, I was told a refrigerator would be brought up to my room right away. About 10 minutes after arriving in my room I received a call saying they had no refrigerators left. I am disappointed in the handling of the situation since I was twice told it would be no problem. I would have been happier for the first person I talked with to reserve the fridge with my room.

Bell captain was not well trained. Check in process was very slow and poor hospitality. Bed side lamp was missing. Parking space lighting and ventilation was poor.

12.95 per day charge for internet accesss no bottled water in rooms

Room and view from the 15th floor was outstanding. Starbucks coffee in the room. Beds were very comfortable. Was traveling with 2 children and the pool provided hours of entertainment.

Breakfast options were quite expensive, especially if you are not traveling on an expense account.

Great atmosphere and the staff was very polite!!

Ad eccezione di una signora del concierge lo staff si è dimostrato generalmente maleducato e non in grado di fornire il servizio: il caso più clamoroso è quello dell'impiegato di front desk che alla richiesta di cambiarmi una banconota da 100 dollari me ne ha restituiti 70, rispondendo alle mie rimostranze in maniera maleducata ed arrogante. Un set di lenzuola in camera era strappato e la poltrona lurida.

Het was een zakelijk, onpersoonlijk hotel. Men was erop uit elke dollar uit je zak te krijgen. Voor alles moest worden bij betaald. Wifi $ 12,50 p/dag!!! Ook voor de parkeergarage moest extra worden betaald. Het eten in het restaurant was smakeloos en zeer ongezellig. Ik zou hier nooit meer naar toe gaan.

Location was convenient. Had complimentary bottled water in the room during heat wave. Nice touch.

Large volume of tourists. Next time I will know better. Staff was inefficient checking in a large volume of arriving guests. They were courteous about the wait though.
