Westin Boston Waterfront  

The proximity to transport and sights.

The food options were not very healthy. The Irish bar was vey disappointing.

This is a new and extremely clean hotel with many business and leisure facilities. It is situated in the Seaport district and easy walk to the main sites in Boston. I walked from the hotel to Fenway park (about 1 hour walk) and got to take in some of the main sites in Boston along the way. It is connected to the convention center and no more than 5 minutes walk from the Seaport World Trade Center. There is a lovely 3-5km jog from the hotel along the harbour and the hotel provide jogging maps!

Nothing really not to like. I have stayed in many hotels for business and would definitely come back here without hesitation.

Extremely overpriced for what you get. Room amenities below average. TV selections below average. Room alarm clock awful. View ...industrial! Would never recommend it to anyone.

The lobby area was a unique and relaxing environment. The room was very comfortable.

I was disappointed that wi-fi was not free in the room. Also, the code that I used to secure my locker while using the pool did not open the locker when I needed to retrieve my belongings.

The ease of access, available parking, friendly and personable staff.

I left 2 shirts in the closet and called about them and did not receive a return phone call.

The location was great. I have never stayed at a Westin where I was not satisfied and pleased with my stay.

House keeping on the first morning seem to get aggravated that I was not out of the room when she was ready to clean.

The pool hours were great! Clean atmosphere, nice rooms!

No vending machines, extremely over priced and definitely not worth all the money:(

It was a quiet weekend and we got a free upgrade to a city view room. Staff was extremely nice and room rate was good. Rooms are extremely comfortable. Will stay there again!

I have never had a great experience with their front desk staff. They told me that there were no high floor rooms, then two seconds after that they gave my colleague, whose reservation was made with my own, the top floor with a bay view. Then they said that they couldn't remedy it. I called down when I got to my room and they finally changed my room for a slightly more appropriate room.

Always stay here when visiting my son in Boston, great location, great hotel, great staff.

Nice choice of restaurants in the hotel and pretty close to the airport. The rooms were good and the bed comfortable.

There was a conference on the weekend we were there, so most of the restaurants were full for lunch and dinner and there was a long wait.

I really enjoyed looking around and I experience pleasure observing the decoration because is warm and well thought, many nice superb details, vivid colors and beautiful objects all around. The comfort at the rooms is also very good with a 42" TV, possibility to prepare tea and coffee in the room and iPhone stand with charger and amplifier. The bed is top; I sleep very well and closed good deals the morning after...

With a name like 'waterfront' I expected it be on the waterfront and it was not.

It was very clean and comfortable with excellent attention to customer service from all the staff we came in contact with.

Great views of the harbor. Close to everything

Good restaurants and lounges, clean, great staff, close to airport and downtown. Would definitely stay there again.

We are from New zealand and our first trip to Boston so it was nice to enjoy the city and relax at the Westin after all the traveling we had already done across the states

We have stayed there twice (each time only for one night) and have enjoyed both visits. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The lobby is inviting and eco-themed, with trees and a variety of seating arrangements, including a fairly pricey bar. But you can buy drinks at the bar and bring them to your room, which is a nice perk.

The tub was not clean. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was pitiful, which is funny because the double shower head was great. If I stay there again and experience the same problems, I will certainly complain and request to be moved to a different room. For that price, basic operations should be perfect.
