Super comfy beds, the junior suite was perfect for our family. The room was large and comfortable, the view stunning. The little window was great for fresh air and the location was ideal. We chose the Westin again because it's such a great hotel chain. The fridge was all but unusable since it was full of pre-stocked items I wasn't about to over pay for. That made the fridge pointless. Considering that there was a grocery and a convenience store within a few minutes of the Westin, having overpriced food and drinks clogging up the fridge/counter space was a waste of your money and mine since I couldn't keep leftovers from restaurant meals or buy my own healthier food and keep it chilled. I know that may sound cheap, but my feeling is that food is too expensive to waste. There was no fan in the bathroom (or it didn't work) and that was inconvenient.

It was in a great location with easy access to high end shopping - the hotel is attached to a large mall and other hotels - no need to walk outside plus Newberry Street is 2 blocks away where you could find interesting second hand shops, and designer wear. We waited in the lobby for 40 minutes after check in time for the room to be ready. No apology, no compensation. I chose this hotel because their facilities page lists a hot tub and pool. They do not have a hot tub. They said we could walk 15 minutes to the Sheraton and use their hot tub but they do not have one either! We were disappointed. 13 dollars for wifi? When you pay a premium for a room. Three of the windows in the Jr. Suite we had were so dirty you could not see through them. Very unpleasant. Our room could have been a bit cleaner in general. I will be looking for another hotel next time I visit Boston.

We loved the location, the size and design of the 01 series jr. Suites overlooking the Charles River and the indoor connection to 2 other hotels and malls...just lovely for many reasons. My husband and I have returned again to this location for an after Christmas "decompresion" in a beautiful jr. Suite. However, again we were so disappointed in the Conciege services...I Thought Conciege Services would be able to retrieve a set of excellent seats for Disney on Ice for the same night I checked in but instead just showed me the computer to which I could help myself for 5.95 for 15 min.! Whats up with that???? Or said I could take a cab to the td Garden and get them over there....WHATS Up with that??? Thats not concierge services for an upscale hotel, is it? If so, that is very disappointing.

The people who worked there were incredibly nice to us all, but especially my daughter who was celebrating her 8th birthday. We were given a special occasion up-grade to a suite!! The Manager offered to buy her a present from the lobby store. The woman who brought us the cot was so kind and the technician who helped us get a movie was too. The front desk people were fun and helpful. I've worked in service and I was impressed. Whatever you're doing, keep it up!

Room size and city view; very friendly and easy check in and out. Charging for internet connection. Cheap hotels give internet for free; expensive ones add it on as an additional charge. Infuriating.

Excellent city views from 'river view' suites. Room was spacious. They broke the cardinal rule of hotels by first putting us in a room that was ALREADY occupied! And did not offer any kind gesture such as upgrading us to a better room.

The room are amaizingly large. The river view rooms have an amazing view and highly recomended. The reception area was always busy and staff were taking to much time to deal with customers.
