Great room for the price
Location, clean and comfortable room
Common areas looking worn, no free wifi was an annoyance, bathrooms are in need of refresh.
Pictures of some of the suites on booking.com are not of the actual suites. I booked a suite with a picture that included table. Was told at the hotel that that was a picture of the Senator Suite, not the Queen Suite that I booked.
Location Room size Quiet room Beautiful view into Copley
Paid wifi ($14.95/day is absurd) Very slow elevators
We loved the location, room with the River view & the helpful staff, amazing value for the money! We spent new years at the Brazilian Steak house below the hotel and loved every minute of our entire stay for the holidays. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the beautiful city of Boston!
Place was very accessible and able to handle the volume of people very well!!
The seven elevators were atrocious waiting as long as 10-15 min to get down 11 floors ? It was as if most were not even working causing long lines on and off???
Great Location.. Excellent Value.. Comfortable Bed.. Convenient to Highways and Downtown Boston.. Loved our stay!
Our room overlooking the Charles River was beautiful and very roomy. Beds were very comfortable and we slept so well, which made our weekend visit to Boston an awesome trip! Loved the shower "rain type" shower head
Pleasant and very helpful staff. Thank you for room upgrade to junior suite - made a big difference to our stay. Enjoyed stay over Christmas. Great to have free internet access and access to printer in specially provided area. Brilliant location with access to Copley and Prudential.
Breakfast in the hotel is expensive. Give the Concierge a high chair while working on the PC - not ergonomically friendly!
Poor customer service, made me switch rooms during my week stay and sent me to a much smaller room for the 2nd half of the stay. Inconvenient wasting the better part of a day waiting for the 2nd room to become available so I could move rooms. Door keys to rooms don't work most of the time. Hotel restaurant only had a buffet and the buffet food was not good, definitely not worth the $25 cost. Small gym, not many free weights.
Didn't have to pay for the Wi-Fi and I got a free upgrade for joining the hotel group. We got a really nice room on the 33rd floor! Beautiful view... Such a good rate and so much fun shopping in Copley Place. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Thanks.
There was a live stink bug on the bedspread that had fallen on the floor. Don't know where it came from, technically, but it was there! We were afraid at first it was a bedbug, but it was too big. Whew!
Junior suite - river view. Could not ask for better.
TV remote did not work - appeared to be an issue with the system itself. Would have had to change rooms to get it fixed...Bit strange but was not giving up that view for anything.
convenience for shopping and transportation
The slippers were out of storage first..... The bed is too soft.
How clean the room was as well as the rooms set up. Very room-y.
Pillows were a bit too hard for me
Staff very helpful
So convenient attached to the mall
It was clean Connected to a mall Connected to eating places
The prices for the room And the breakfast in the hotel is very expensive...
Free Wifi takes forever to get a signal. Loose signal often. Their "suites" are not true suites, for there are no dividing walls & no form of kitchenette eg microwave or fridge.
Convenience to Railway Station. The concierges were very helpful.
Breakfast was very expensive and staff were not very helpful. Overall the area to stay in would've been Beacon Hill.
Location & view.
Like all of Boston, a bit expensive. Valet parking very expensive. Residents bar closed early which left everyone a bit confused.
Everything was really clean. Great location within the city! Helpful staff. Comfy beds! Looks really classy.
We visited other hotels whilst on our trip to America and not once did we have to pay for wi-fi, except when we stayed at the Westin. Wi-fi should be free of charge.
