“ How friendly the staff at the fron desk were. While I could not find my resevation # (apparently I booked under my husband's name and forgot) the front desk said if I found it they would honor it and change the proce accordingly and they did. Super nice Hotel. ”

Room was great and most of the staff. Restaurant was absolutely delicious, bar staff attentive. Felix at breakfast was very attentive . The first person we met was the guy that checked us in. He appeared to be high on something. He wouldn't stand still, acted like a used car salesman. Told me I did not have a reservation there, I told him I booked online and he said..."oh, booking.com". Like it was a horrible thing. I asked about my points and he said "you don't get them cause you booked thru them". I was ready to leave at that point. I will be calling the rewards company to see if this is true. If not I will call the hotel. Very disappointed with his behavior

They did not have our resv. And they had no room left. They gave us the president suite which was compared to comfort inn suite. The filters were dirty and I could not breath. The food was horrible, the people were not friendly. Nothing worked. The shower was broken and water went all over the bathroom. The jeted tub did not work. It on off switch was broken off.

View on the 13the floor Our shower head flew off hit my husband in the head on the way to the back wall where it bounced off and hit his foot. Then phone didnt work to report it.

Good location close to airport and Grapevine Mills Outlet Mall. Clean room and bathroom with complimentary toiletries. Run of the mill, one in a million kind of hotel. Think we got a standard twin room and not the superior room I had booked, but due to the booking from booking.com being incorrectly sent to Westin, we had to settle the bill again and in the hassle I forgot all about the size of the beds... Service at frontdesk was a bit slow too.

My wife and I really loved the bedding and the shower! Plus the price was considerably cheaper and the room much nicer than the more expensive rooms we stayed in. We will be staying again! the breakfast was less than desirable for the price but it did the job.

Nice room, super comfortable bed, nice little gym and pool. Good choice at breakfast, healthy stuff as well. Work out clothes can be lended. Nobody to help with luggage (staff just looking at you dragging it to your room). Think it's very pricy for what you get.
