Room was very spacious; huge bathroom; ceiling fan was great. Lobby was nice, bar was nice, and staff friendly and helpful
Only valet parking available; Church across the street blasts its bells every morning at 6:00 and 6:30am - extremely loud and disruptive when trying to sleep.
Comfortable hotel, nothing was too much trouble all my requests were met. Very friendly drivers to and from the very nearby conference centre. My premier room was of a very high standard and exceeded my expectations.
I loved the hardwood floors and the extremely clean bathtub.
service,location and quality of hotel
Everyone from the front desk, Rudy was so friendly and helpful, and the valet service and maids if they did not have answer, they would get us to the right person.
View out our window.
Lack of varity of places to eat.
Great place, great location.
Pricey, but worth it.
It was crowded and busy as the Astros' game was that evening. All of the hotel staff were very friendly and patient, even with some unsatisfied customers who were taking up time from other customers trying to get checked in. The food and service was good and convenient at the restaurant in the lobby. Very much enjoyed the location across from the stadium.
The location was great ...
I booked a room that was a corner room that was listed as two double beds.the corner was the only rooms listed for a family of four ....when got their at 4pm and was told the corner rooms on had king and pull out sofa ...I flew commercially for 38 years and this is the first hotel that didn't have double beds and the first that incorrectly advertises there properties !!!!!!! The pull out was uncomfortable and made for a horrible nights sleep !!!!! I asked for a rollaway and was told that they were all in use !!!!! not a pleasant stay at all !!!!!
1 minute walk from Minute-Maid Park; extra-courteous and friendly staff; luxurious comfortable rooms; nice bar on first floor; great food
Loved the area and access to the Moody Theater. Beautiful visit.
Staff was friendly and helpful
Not a fan of valet parking.
Charging for wi-fi bad bad bad
Excellent for access to Minute Maid stadium
Could hear people in the next room so soundproofing was not great
Very clean and spacious rooms. Good beds. Good breakfast, kids eat for half price.
Poor shower in the bathtub.
Confortable beds Spacious bathroom Clean
There was no pool or jacuzzi You charge me twice the Valet Parking - Overnight on April 11th, 13th and 14th and three times on April 12th
It was a wonderful relaxing experience.
Personnel at front desk and bar were very friendly, professional and accommodating. Could not have asked for better service! Loved the bar area and cocktails, very good.
Ate breakfast in restaurant two days. Buffet was very good; I ordered off menu 1 day and food ok, not hot and toast was barely toasted. Only asked once to refill our coffee both days
Every was perfect I could not have asked for more from the moment we walked in till the moment we checked out.
Friendliness of staff who went out of their way to recommend places in Houston to dine and see.
This part of Downtown wasn't particularly nice
Not sure why I was charged an extra $100 on my card. My room service tray wasn't correct however it was still delicious.
The beds were superb! My business partner & I both slept very well. The towels were excellent quality. The decor was excellent & the staff top of the line in all areas.
We found the bathroom to be challenging. The ladder shelf is cute but not practical. It is hard to maneuver all the supplies needed for applying make-up & styling hair. Things constantly fall behind it. Also, Lighting was a huge problem in all the rooms. The softness is nice for relaxing but for dressing it is a problem. Brighter lights over the vanity & the desk area would help tremendously. A nice convenience would be a small microwave. NOTE: this review does not give option of business partners.
The location was perfect for our Rally at the George R. Brown Convention Center. It was within walking distance, however there was a shuttle that took us from the hotel to the Convention Center.
WiFi was not free in the rooms.
