Very friendly and helpful staff. Very warm reception. Rooms were luxurious. Last night of our stay, no coffee, no water, no chocolates. They cleaned the room, but didn't restock. A remark about booking.com....my reservation had been made (and confirmed) for a double/double, but booking.com had reserved a king. Once confirmation was shown, the hotel gave us a double/double. |

Had a wonderful stay there. The staff were generally very friendly & helpful. One evening we had friends visiting and the bar staff was able to accomodate us by providing plates to serve some special pastries, that my friend had brought with her as she has allergy issues.The turn down services with excellent chocolates, was a delight. If only the weather was better! Internet was meant to be free according to the information given by the hotel to Bookings.com which turned out not to be. However, due to the misunderstanding, the hotel did not charge us for the 24 hr internet use. |

The hotel was perfect location for us to tour the city. It had a nice atmosphere. Would like to vsit again. Could clean under the furniture more often. Noticed this while exercising in my room. |
