The staff were all very friendly, right from check-in they were happy to help with any enquiry and could not have done more. The room was spacious and nice with a great shower. All the facilities were easy to find and clean, the gym and pool very of a high standard. The bistro was very nice, sitting in the morning sun looking out to sea whilst eating a gourmet breakfast was amazing. The hotel is located perfectly for everything Key West has to offer, Duval Street is only one block away and you are situated right next to Mallory Square to watch the sun set.

Changed booking without a problem, room upgraded without asking, location superb, jacuzzi on all day & evening, shame we only had the one night there! Recommended. $20 to park car overnight a bit high!

Un hôtel neuf et propre dans le pur style Disneyland/Caraïbe. Ça fait tout à fait l affaire pour une ou deux nuits d'autant plus que la situation est exceptionnelle, bord de mer et dans la vieille ville quand à Key West c'est le village des pirates de Disney avec du bruit et de l'alcool!
