“ The staff was great- never said no to any request and went out of their way to anticipate our needs, ie bringing a blanket to the resturant for a jet-lagged child, wrapping her food and telling me where to find a microwave, storing luggage, etc. ”

Convenient location to the airport. And availability of the airport shuttle. Smell of paint in my room. I'm asthmatic and I couldn't sleep. No TV the first night. No phone service the first night. Couldn't call front desk to order food or complain about paint and TV. No refrigerator in the room.

The beds are very comfortable The shower was super dirty, there was some hair there and our reservation was made for a kind bed and we ended up with 2 fulls.... We had to sleep in separate beds.

Loved the location to airport and excellent shuttle service. After coming in from long journey from Switzerland it was great to be picked up quickly and short 7 minute ride to hotel. Appreciate the pet friendly service for our little dog and the McDonalds next door, Starbucks products for sale in lobby. WiFi free in lobby worked great. Property is outdated and a little worn.

Clean,safe, modern, comfortable, efficient. The Westin is a great business hotel. Very comfortable, large room, great for working, large flat screen TV, and a good restaurant and bar. Staff was prompt, friendly, and efficient. Easy taxi ride from the airport and convenient access to roadways. Too expensive for regular use, but competitive with other near-by big name hotels.

It kept the rain off us. It cost $25 to park at the hotel each night. The wireless access was $12 a night. Four nights at $12 = $48. I pay $60 for a month of high speed and cable T.V. The shower didn't drain fast and I was standing in three inches of water after each shower. A reimbursement chack of $250 dollars would be fair.

Very comfortable bed and rollaway bed (at no charge). Delicious food in restaurant was pricey but the service was good. Sorry we had to leave!

It was eco friendly and was located close to where I needed to attend a conference. the staff was poorly informed about location of other hotels in the area as well as restaurants.
