I can't say there was anything negative about my stay. It was only 1 night but it was awesome!
The hotel was awesome, the staff were friendly and the location is awesome! I would definitely stay here again.

Arrived sent to a room that was not prepared Sent to another room. Banter room service because we were there for husbands surgery there was no menus in the room so we assumed u didn't gavecroom service Phoned down forcwskeup call did not receive it

at first the staff were cold and non cooperative as i asked for a channge in stay duration and they refused but toward the end i needed help and they jumped for help Plus the place was not what you would call a high end hotel so I didn't see a reason for the high price

The eco program. I joined supposing that what was going to be done was to leave the same sheets and towels during the stay (which was OK) but it also includes not doing the room at all. That has nothing to do with the environment.

I was not used to the incredible distances to get anywhere since I'm from compact Massachusetts. Airport, NASA, and the cruise terminal were far from the hotel's central location.
Clean, reasonable rate, friendly staff, and a great mall next door.

I made the booking thru booking for a business trip for 6 nights, upon arrival and check in, i came to know that there was a change in the business trip program which is to ahorten the period to 3 nights, upon checking the frond desk attendent made a statement that cancelation has to be done thru booking and not the weatin, this was wrong statement as wesatin desucted the money from the visa, and when checking with booking they informed that this issue to be discussed with the hotel, went back and informed the front desk with the reply feom booking they said sorry for the misundersatanding but we can cancel one night only, while checking out another frond desk attendent said nothing will be canceled and the whole amount will be charged giving another reason, i couldnt get a bill print out of what i paid and what is remaining, really disappointing from the staff
