Location and room itself were excellent
Paying for Wifi and parking. Very expensive for a nice room that really wasn't anything all that special
Room was beautiful and clean!
Room service was overpriced for the quality! I was over charged for a meal we never had and parking that i did not require. I had to basically ruin my breakfast to take care of the issues on my own with no gratuity or any smiles of concern! I'll be staying somewhere else. I feel like it was a waste of money!
The atmosphere, comfort
room was nice and big and bathroom was lovely
wayyyy to much $ for what it was. with a room costing $524/night, do you really need to charge me $9 for wifi and $14 for parking?
THE STAFF IS EXCELLENT. FRIENDLY, RESPONSIVE, PROFESSIONAL. THE DINING ROOM, AND ROOM SERVICE WERE EXCELLENT.
DUVETS WERE TOO WARM, AND NO OPTION FOR A LIGHTER WEIGHT BLANKET.
The room off the patio was beautiful. We sat and enjoyed the outdoors!!
They had not cleaned the outdoor furniture outdoors
Comfortable bed Nice bathroom
I was given 2 queens without being given a choice of king. Queens are fine but the room was too small for them - the only chair was crammed between wall and bed. Closet lacked a door and a full-height hanger - for $400??
Front desk and staff very helpful.
Location is a little off the beaten track.
I think that things like wi fi and parking should have been included. It is so tacky to charge for those things when staying at a hotel of this caliber
Near Stanford University
Nice Hotel with all what you need and good facilities
--although my husband uses a walker (which they were advised of), the only "handicap accessible" room was a long, long distance from the front desk down twisting corridors. My husband was exhausted by the time he finally made it to the room. Then when I tried to use the keycard, it didn't work. I had to leave him, trudge back down the hallways and get a new key. "Oh, we inadvertently gave you our old cardkeys." -- Back down the green mile. When we finally got into the room it had a dismal view of a blank wall and a large patio devoid of any chairs or table. --single light switch in the bathroom turned on enough light to land an aircraft. Your only choice was either pitch black or blinding light. No fun in the middle of the night. -- door to bathroom opened out into a narrow hallway in the bedroom leaving not enough room to get the walker by and easily into the bathroom from the bedroom area. --there was an incident with a very loud false fire alarm when we arrived. Although the alarm was finally cleared, hours later they had still failed to reopen the heavy fire doors that closed off the elevator on the restaurant floor. Thus when we tried to exit the elevator to go to the restaurant I had to negotiate the heavy doors while trying to get off the elevator with my husband and his walker. -- it should have been a tipoff that there were no patrons in the restaurant at 6:30 except us. Food was awful.
Clean, large room and location excellent.
Clean design, good quality furniture
The front desk did not have my booking.com booking record. I have to show them my booking from my phone. Luckily they were able to give me a room.
convenient to Stanford Shopping Center; Stanford U.; Town & Country strip mall
Maze like halls. Irritating, you must make many, many turns, peek around corners tom look for exit signs or your room
Excellent service and amenities. Staff were extremely helpful and willing to go the extra step to make your stay special
I think for this class of hotel and the price I paid, free internet access would be very nice. I wanted to check my email but was not willing to spend $10 for 30 minutes of internet access.
Super friendly staff, great location close to town and university. Large room and bath.
Poor noise insulation to next room. Only double beds in rooms with 2 beds. Expensive parking.
comfortable , spotless , spacious room
Parking fees are outrages
Location to Stanford, comfort of room and food menu
Love to stay at ground floor room, which give me an opportunity to sit in the back yard, and easy way to access my car. I hope I could stay at ground floor room each time
Good location, clean
clean, comfortable, twin-jet shower.
breakfast should be available earlier - from 5am PT which is 8am NY already... long walk to room via dog-leg corridors.
fine business class hotel
too expensive for what you get
You should know, when I checked in, they did not have my reservation booked through Booking.com. Had to work on that a few minutes...so if your reservations are not acknowledged by the hotel, it is a problem.
