Great location near 16th st mall. No double shower head, which is a westin standard item. Also, the Internet connection in the room was expensive and horrible. It faded in and out, and was so weak when it did work that I couldn't do much online. The restaurant breakfast was only fair. I have stayed in much nicer westin hotels, and would not stay in this one again.

Hotel was conveniently located for visiting the down tow area The hotel was expensive and had few facilities. There was only one bar which, whilst friendly enough, had no atmosphere whatsoever and felt like an extension to the lobby. Charging for Internet access, whilst not uncommon, is unacceptable in a hotel charging so much for the room. I am currently staying in a beautiful hotel, costing less than half which has free wireless Internet and long distance calls. The Westin even charged $2 to make a 1-800 call! The pool area appeared to be completely unstaffed which meant, on one occasion, that it was absolutely filthy with newspapers blowing in the wind and dirty towels left on every (unoccupied) bed, chair, table etc. it was so bad that other guests took to clearing up the towels themselves. The hotel was extremely poor value for money.

Muito confortavel e exelente localização. O segundo quarto de minha reserva antecipada não constava na relação do hotel, embora eu tenha recebido confirmação. Talvez por ser o fim de semana da Final Four de Basquete Feminino, a recepção e áreas comuns estavam sempre lotadas. Sugiro uma separação de areas no hotel quando destes eventos.
