The rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet; the view was awesome. It was a bit annoying to have a mini-fridge, but have it packed with mini- bar items. I know an additional fridge was available upon request, but I would have preferred to be able to choose "mini bar upon request" prior to check-in, and have the option to use the mini-fridge for my own items. This is a very minor annoyance, and barely worth mentioning.

The location was excellant. Everything I wanted was within walking distance and the schuttle was wonderful. I liked V's lounge.

... die Freundlichkeit und Servicebereitschaft der Mitarbeiter und nicht nur am Empfang, sondern auch Conciergemitarbeiter, also die Mitarbeiter, die das Gepäck und die Fahrzeuge in Empfang nehmen bzw. Herausgeben. Wir waren uneingeschränkt zu frieden.
