Was a regular there many years ago, & was thrilled to find that it was even more delightful than it had been before. My husband is so picky about pillows & usually brings his own. These were the best pillows ever! Our dog was happy, too! Everyone was so friendly!

    Not one thing.

Great home feeling. Great customer service.

They charge you for internet use...in the 21st century of business travel, that is a black spot.

The ambiance. The Sunday breakfast buffet (although very pricy).

Very noisy 10:30 p.m. until midnight. Mgmt. was finally called to calm down the rowdy bunch.

    The gym

The price compared to Hotels across the street. (40-50% higher) Paying for parking! Advertising a "double' but unclear if it is a double bed or a two bed room. The telephone staff was unclear too.

This was obviously meant to be a luxury hotel, the furniture and design of the rooms were "high class." The beds were comfortable. The staff were very professional.

The concept of this hotel is to be an eternal vending machine. Everything costs extra. There are booby traps everywhere in the rooms, touch this can of soda and a sensor will bill you. (no refrigerator for you, but they have their own refrigerator stocked with sodas and liquor that you will pay some outlandish fee for if you set of the sensor) The website said, no hidden charges. Ha. Parking was $15. To use the internet in your room was $5/half hour. We were afraid to turn on the air conditioner for fear there would be a charge for it on our bill. Is that fun? Is that relaxing? The staff were doing their best but I would like to get my hands on the persons who invented this concept of a hotel. As well, the pool was not a pool, it was a large bathtub full of small children and the chlorine level was so high that as soon as you entered the downstairs the smell of it nearly knocks you over. In spite of the comfortable beds and tasteful furnishings, never never again for us at anything Westins.

Nice up to date large suite.

The hanger bar in the closet is mounted too close to the door so it rubs on the clothes. In the suite a mirror is needed in the bedroom

The registration, valet staff and woman at Starbuck's cafe were engaged and helpful and more or less friendly, but still, seemingly not genuinely happy. The marketing around clean "living" is aesthetically pleasing and the rentable workout gear a fantastic idea ... but there's no place to stretch/yoga, no steam room/sauna, the elliptical machine i used was broken and, hell, it faced to a wall. There's sunlight and a view out those giant windows ... make use of it for more than getting toasted and fat. Ranting there ... I suspect there's a young woman behind the new look/feel around clean and green ... promote her.

Dust in the restaurant, local crowd hanging around *loud* tv screen, really lousy workout area and kids screaming around the tiny chlorinated pool, lack of healthy and interesting food options anywhere, tiny coffee pot, tv screen in room overwhelms everything, weird gyrations to get online ... I just chalk it up to being in a corporate soulless no-person's land.

Good value, low prices, decent sized rooms

Thin thin walls where you can hear everyone in the floor above and below you and the people in hall way slamming the door.

    The bed was very comfortable

staff was unfriendly, you had to pay for internet services that is offered free most anywhere else, had to pay for parking that should be offered free and on one occasion there was no parking available to a paying hotel guest, no vending machines with over priced select snacks in room, no refrigerator in room, no guides for local directions or sites, overpriced/over rated for what is offered

I love the white tea scented everything And the free robe. The bed was so comfortable.

The unreasonable high prices for convenience and the expensive parking for paying guests.

    almost all....

1- i dont think you should add$15/nite for parking i understand why,but it seems unclassy 2-we didnt need our sheets or towels changed, but we could have used more shampoo and soap and maybe a little straightening...isnt there a middle ground? 3-breakfast buffet was way too pricey...maybe a little less choice and less cost.........

The room was spacious and very clean and neat I would definitely stay there again.

The policy of paying extra and getting your money back days later, and parking fee of $15 when there should be free parking if you are staying at the hotel.

After waiting and hour, and moving to another room for the second night of my stay, I could finally get a good, (uninterrupted by previous room's ac noise) sleep that was much-needed. It was a good location for driving the next day.

First room assigned (#236) was awful----it seemed like the room was inadequately checked---the ac compressor was too loud, tv remote didn't work, several lightbulbs out, and there were dusty surfaces, not to mention that bathroom was inadequately cleaned--very disappointing for usual Westin standards. Requested and was changed to another room for the second night.(# 824) which was to Westin standards---- much better room.

Location, comfortmof the room, gym facilities

Internet access, WiFi in my room 601 was marginal and wired access was inoperable. It wasn't worth the cost and i had to go to the lobby to do my daily email business.

Desk Staff was able to find us a room at last minute.

Booking.com did not reserve my room and only after presenting the printed confirmation did the staff find me a room.
