Clean and comfortable!
They got rid of the hot tub!!
Lunch was good quality . The continental breakfast was as well but the yogurt selection was different
Ice buckets need to be bigger A map in lobby of local retail stores would be helpful
My wife's breathing requires supplemental oxygen. we ordered an oxygen concentrator from our supplier and when we got to the hotel it was already in the room. No hassle. The evening parking attendant was very helpful and courteous as was the gentleman who delivered our car quickly and with great respect and courtesy. A beautiful hotel that we will definitely use again.
-Service -Check in time is late -Expensive for what you get -Area lacks restaurants -The staff was very busy with the wedding party there and pulled the attention from other guests.
Consruction in lot
Bedding and Bath room
Noisy, especially at night and lack of housekeeping staff
Comfortable bed Big room Excellent counter staff
Paying for internet
The staff at the front desk were friendly and willing to attempt making amends for the poor condition of our room at checkout.
Upon entering the room it appeared clean. Upon further inspection we realized the robe in the room had what appeared to be a makeup ring around around the collar and hair on it and one of the glasses in the bathroom had lip marks. The vent on the wall was caked in filth and the mirror was dirty. The bathroom was overall very unclean. We called the desk for extra towels and the woman who brought them was too busy on her phone to acknowledge or speak to my husband when he opened the door. The fact that internet usage is $14.95 for one night unless you go to the lobby is ridiculous. Most hotels offer it free as an amenity. For $255 a night to stay at The Westin it should have been free.
Beautiful room, excellent bedding, clean, well lit ... staff was helpful, room service food was great.
There were 5 weddings at the hotel that weekend. It was also my wedding weekend, although we got married elsewhere. I didn't like that there was so much noise in the hallways so late into the wee hours.
Internet included; room service catered to special requests; allowed for a late check out on a Saturday!
Convenient to interstate.
Noisy on interstate side. Parkng fee for overnight stay. Fee for internet in room for SPG members.
The room was very spacious and comfortable, had everything that we needed. The service express line was fantastic, making sure to help when we needed it. Fantastic beds.
The location - was a bit out of the way from central Boston but it was easy to get around once we had hired a car. The staff in general were helpful but it seemed because we weren't there on business, and because we were a bit younger that they were standoff-ish.
Construction at main entrance
Dining excellent. Bedding perfect.
We arrived at the hotel late at night. Called ahead and said we were running late. Was told no problem. Went to check in and they did not have our suite we reserved with booking.com over 4 months prior. We had 2 suites reserved and paid in full. Had the email confirmation. They had my daughter's suite, but not ours. We were initially told that they had no rooms and we needed to take it up with booking.com. Another reception person overheard our conversation and came over and we did get a room. Not a suite, a double. Being exhausted we just wanted a bed. We ordered breakfast in the morning and did park our car in the garage for 2 nights. We were not charged for those things, but there was no communication with us by the hotel. My niece was being married the day after our arrival, certainly not the way we wanted to start our weekend.
Location was perfect for our travel, easy to get to. The rooms were nice and comfortable.
1. No stand to put suitcase on 2. no mini frig - I'm a diabetic, a frig would have been useful 3. walls are paper thin - the vent you could hear EVERYTHING from someone elses room 4. the pool was not was what was shown on line 5. They charged my CC on 8/06 for a 8/15 stay! NOT HAPPY
The room service staff was always very nice as well as the concierge. They did their best to deal with a hotel under a complete reconstruction.
I think a hotel should close if they cannot provide the services specified on internet. There was no lobby, no restaurant (but some tables in the middle of nowhere) and the pool area was freezing because of the construction all around. There was noise and once smell of burned plastics. It was a nightmare stay.
Was a regular there many years ago, & was thrilled to find that it was even more delightful than it had been before. My husband is so picky about pillows & usually brings his own. These were the best pillows ever! Our dog was happy, too! Everyone was so friendly!
Not one thing.
Great home feeling. Great customer service.
They charge you for internet use...in the 21st century of business travel, that is a black spot.
The room accomodations and ammenities.
The noise from next door and the thin walls.
The ambiance. The Sunday breakfast buffet (although very pricy).
Very noisy 10:30 p.m. until midnight. Mgmt. was finally called to calm down the rowdy bunch.
room was cleaned not every day, even when asked. Paying for WiFi and parking.
Pool Room decor and amenities Starbucks
Breakfast too expensive Bar could be more attractive
The price compared to Hotels across the street. (40-50% higher) Paying for parking! Advertising a "double' but unclear if it is a double bed or a two bed room. The telephone staff was unclear too.
This was obviously meant to be a luxury hotel, the furniture and design of the rooms were "high class." The beds were comfortable. The staff were very professional.
The concept of this hotel is to be an eternal vending machine. Everything costs extra. There are booby traps everywhere in the rooms, touch this can of soda and a sensor will bill you. (no refrigerator for you, but they have their own refrigerator stocked with sodas and liquor that you will pay some outlandish fee for if you set of the sensor) The website said, no hidden charges. Ha. Parking was $15. To use the internet in your room was $5/half hour. We were afraid to turn on the air conditioner for fear there would be a charge for it on our bill. Is that fun? Is that relaxing? The staff were doing their best but I would like to get my hands on the persons who invented this concept of a hotel. As well, the pool was not a pool, it was a large bathtub full of small children and the chlorine level was so high that as soon as you entered the downstairs the smell of it nearly knocks you over. In spite of the comfortable beds and tasteful furnishings, never never again for us at anything Westins.
Nice up to date large suite.
The hanger bar in the closet is mounted too close to the door so it rubs on the clothes. In the suite a mirror is needed in the bedroom
