The staff were very helpful , room was very well heated - i will defiantly be coming back Bathroom Window was always left open which made it extremely cold first thing in the morning & last thing @ night |

The location of the hotel was very useful, it was close to a subway station and next to an area with shops and cafes so on a night when I didn't want to go right into lower Manhatten I was able to stay close to the hotel. The bathrooms were not entirely decent. They weren't in the best condition and nor was the bedrooms. |

The location of the hotel is good. You can reach the metro station in a few minutes and reach most of the attractions in Manhattan easily. Except it's location, there's nothing positive to be mentioned about the hotel. The room was very small and dirty. If you plan to stay at this hotel you shouldn't expect a clean room at all. You can't find anything to eat as the hotel doesn't have a restaurant. You can't even have your breakfast at the hotel. The price of the hotel seems to be low, however when it's comfort is considered, it's very expensive. The hotel offers you only a bed to sleep. That's all. Don't expect more than that. I'd never stay there again. |

I paid three hundred dollars cash as requested by the staff, checked out at 6 am could not sleep there where bed bugs biting me. Currently trying to get my money back please help me. I tried changing the sheets but it seems the bugs where all over the blankets. |

I'm totally dissapionted, I had horrible experience. The check in is at 3 o' clock so we needed to take all our luggage with us untill this time.Then the woman at the reception was so rude and unpolite. She gave me a bed that was already used the previous night and the lingers were not changed. I know that the night there costs 40$ but still it's not ok for the service that you recieve. I'll never go there again.I advise you not to do it. |

Nothing. It was the worst hostel i've even been to. Nover go there!!!! The price doesn't worth it The front desk didn't function, nobody answers. The lockers are small and there's no place for big lagguge. No place for valuables. After complaining - no answer on front desk. I asked to leave in the same day - no refund. |

sheeting, towel, carpet were clean. the bathroom was cleaned often.the staff polite. near to metro, bus for airport (LGA). It's fine if you need accommodation just for sleeping (without children) the bed was too creaky. walls in the bathroom was mouldy. internet too expansive. |

The convenient location, near subway station and Central Park, within Manhattan. Yes, I had to pay cash and right at the check in. As a frequent traveler, I always paid the hotel when checkin out and I was expecting to be able to use my credit card; there was a major credit card sign at the front desk. Also, the elevator went up to the 5th floor only when our room was on the 6th and we found a spider in the bathroom we shared with other guests from different rooms. |

Nothing, the Hotel is dirty as the room and the staff is not professional. Everithing. I don't suggest this hotel to anyone.The photo are not real.The room are totaly different from the photo.Dirty, small and nont confortable.The price is too expensive for these rooms. |

New York is ridiculosly expensive to stay in and I chose this place for the rate but, "Bare Bones" is too polite a description for this place. From having to share a bathroom to the awful cigarette smell that permeated the place to the broken tv to the scalding/freezing shower. There really was no bright spot to staying here other than the rate. |

close to central park, everything else was horrible. the heater made noise all night and the bed was as hard as a rock and the water never stayed a constant temp. i will never make reservations at this hotel again. |

The room was good for the price i paid I was offered a room in 6th floor and the elevator wasnt working on all those days i stayed. With a child we had to use staircase and had a hard time. |

The bed was pretty comfortable. The bathrooms were clean. There was 24 hour reception. It is pretty close to a metro and pharmacy so you can get around well. There was a mouse in our room. The heater made very loud noises. The curtains were not properly fitted. The water in the bathroom varied much as you took a shower. I set it at a certain temp but it became hotter and colder several times during my 15 minute shower. |

On the corner 110th street and Brodway is very pleasant market where you can buy fresh fruits. Room was very small. There is no place where you can put a jacket. Windows are dirty and our bed was too soft. |

Nothing it was the worst hostel i have ever stayed in i will not be recommending it to anyone Everything, the showers went from boiling hot to freezing cold, the radiator in our room kept making very loud banging noises preventing us from sleeping and the place was very cold and dirty |
