The staff is rude and uninformed about what is in your room. When you call and ask for something they want you to come get it.

Very big, clean and all equipaments working well. Good maintenance.

Some people never follow the rules in the swimming poll. They were not notified by employees of the hotel. I coulnt use the swimming poll.

The rooms at groind level have the risk to have cockroach, as I have experimented at my arrival The Hotel is far away of everything, so it is better to have a car.

The only thing that I can say I liked about my stay was the location. It was close to all the attractions.

The hotel was understaffed for check, I had to wait 30 minutes. The room was small and the walls were thin I could hear the family next door talking.

The location is great. We just stayed 2 nights, the room and lobby were clean, the jacuzzi tub in the room was a nice surprise. You are hit with the time share sale speech right after check in but as long as you know it's coming and can prepare your answer you'll be fine. I told the guy after he made his speech we weren't interested, he asked why and I said we were only here for the weekend and werent interested in buying and he said think about it talk to your husband ( who was in the car with the kids) and I said thanks and that was it. The hotel seemed like it was a bit old, but it was fine, clean and a great price.

The price on line was 95 but it cost more than that tax was not added and they charged more at check in for facilities and I was not told until I was checking in.

We've stayed here multiple times and we love it!!! The studio with the jacuzzi is super nice, highly reccomend this place. Remember to get a map at the concierge, the resort is really big.

Staff were very kind and helpful. Shuttle bus service to Disney parks meant no driving/parking problems. We had an excellent meal at the Grill restaurant one night and had pizzas delivered to our apartment the next. Our apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Convenient location for Disney parks and airport.

I enjoyed the room and view, as well as the location so close to Universal Studios. Pools and hot tubs were also nice.

I was disappointed in the shuttle system, which online seemed to come at many more times than were actually available. Also, the shuttle buses were often late and went out of the way to the sister hotel which was frustrating to our schedule.

I like the atomosphere and the facilaty

I think every thing ok
