Good property lay out

Hair in tub, toilet paper stuck to seat of toilet along with tiolet water, hair bungee on floor under kitchen chair, very dirty

The price is competitive and the scenary is good for holidays.

This is a good hotel and value for money, especially if you want to visit Disney / Universals and don't want to overpay staying in Disney hotels. The Westgate hotel has huge territory and is located with a very good view to the lake. The room was spacious and clean. I would stay in the same hotel if I go to Orlando again. Хороший отель с хорошим соотношением цена / качество, особенно для поездки в тематические парки (Дисней, Юниверсалс). Отель расположен на берегу красивого озера и имеет большую территорию. Комната была просторная и чистая. Если я еще раз поеду в Орландо, я остановлюсь в том же отеле.

It waa awesome for family vacations and the location was also great . It was more that I excepted!

Clean and roomy.

The pool was unsupervised and the children were allowed to use high power water guns and a little to wild for our liking.

Not much.

The rooms need to be updated. The pool wasn't kid friendly.

The staff was friendly and most helpful. Studio rooms with small kitchenette offered an option to eating out, keeping our stay healthier food wise. Choices of pools at the resort made the stay relaxing and restful. A longer stay (more than 2 nights) might have allowed more time to make use some of the provided activities. We were interested in spending a day at Sea World but would have liked more time just to relax and enjoy the facility. The shuttles to various locations was very convenient. The check in and out was quick and easy.

One of the reasons we booked the Westgate was the proximinity to Sea World and the web site had stated the were free shuttles to the various attractions. Upon arrival we were told that there were shuttles but not to Sea World. That information was disappointing as we had hoped to park the car and not get in it until departure time. With Sea World so close, one would think it would be included in the shuttle schedule.

I was fairly satisfied with everything with one exception. My wife accidently forgot her house/car keys in room and upon calling Westlake they had delivered our keys to an unknown third party shipping company. Im not sure if Westlake gets a percentage out of this high priced shipping company or they just like to see customers disappointed. They ended up charging me $ 25.00 dollars just to ship keys back home “unbelievable”!!To top it off I still haven’t received keys.i believe as a courtesy Westlake should have shipped them and charged our credit card.Because of this I will not stay at Westlake anymore.

Location

Very crowded, like sardines. No parking. Very noisy, people were walking by our room all night, very loud, actually scared the children.

We loved everything about Westgate but would really like to see more things for kids, waterslide park, more volleyball courts and a few more layout chairs at the pools. The kids would also like to see a pub like area with music and a dance area.
