Pressure of trying to buy their property

We had a two bedroom suite. It had a kitchen, dining table, and sofa. It was very roomie and comfortable. Close to outlet malls, universal studios, sea world, and lego land was only 45 minutes away. Great location.

There was nothing I did not like.

The staff was great. The pool and deli were very convenient.

The timeshare sales pitch/owners update took 2 and half times longer then they said it would. The internet in the room was poor.

excellent lay out of rooms, good facilities, and enough space for a small family ( we had a two bed room apartment in B Tower) Pool clean and warm. Within 2 minutes of I Drive, wet & wild, and Universal City Walk.

Nothing..couldn't fault it and will use it again if we go back to Orlando as a family.

there was nothing we did not like about west gate palace and orlando. I would recomened this resort to anybody .

The room was great. Wish we would have stayed longer. Pool was like a bath tub which was great for my son. Very close to everything.

We liked everythingn about this hotel, the room was absoluitely georgeous and super clean. Having four daghters it was important that we had multiple showers and had a full kitchen so we could cook breakfasts and dinners while we paclked lunches for the parks. And the location was great! Super Close to Universal.

The wifi was not included and then it was $25 for 3 Days, and it was single user, until I coimplained then they allowed us to have multiple users but it cost us like $30. Wifi is complimentary everywhere and is toally unncessary.

The biggest complaint I have is your staff gave me conflicting information and it cost me a lot of money in return. I am not happy with the service I received. I will never stay at your resort again and I will not refer this resort to anyone. Plus my mom fell in your lot and one of your employees who was driving a golf cart did not stop to help me while my mom was lying on the ground and he looked right at us. I had to flag him down. He finally helped me get her up.

The suites were a good size and had everything you would need. The buildings were secure and fairly quiet, considering there were families with all ages of children. Location was near near al lot of food and attractions.

The shower doors did not seal at the bottom, so the water ran freely out into the bathroom floor. This happened in both our bathrooms.

The "condo" type room. The cleanliness, the location to restaurants and able to order in. Comfort of beds, accommodated and 18 year old, 10 year old and 5 year old, plus 2 adults.

The price for each night was too much for the small "room". NO HOT TUB! for the price, there should have been a hot tub.

Facilities and location! Rooms were spacious and very comfortable.

The room was really nice. My family and I had a wonderful window view. We could look out of all our windows and look into Universal and Island Adventrue Parks.

When we arrive the front desk staff wasn't really nice. I watch them be really rude to some customers that were in front of me and having some problems with their reservations. I also called downstairs to talk to a front desk staff member and she answer me "What's Up" Also, I had another family member that came in the next day and she also made a comment about how rude the front desk staff were.

The two bedroom suite was very nice. We were only there one night, but it would be a great place to stay for several days. Good value for the price.

The security-key needed to access elevators. The 2 separate bedrooms. The kids liked the heated pool.

The room was smaller than expected, very crowded for a party of 6. 2 single beds in 1 rm & the pull out couch was very uncomfortable. The extra cost for wifi, it was slow & only worked in 1 rm. Requested the rm months in advance & ended up with a corner suite overlooking the parking lot. Requested a rm change but was informed nothing else was available.

Single, small beds in bedroom and unlevel broken? pullout sofa. Not enough parking and overflow lot unsafe at night plus no crosswalk. Just a note as a trial attorney I would take a case against Westgate if a client was injured in this lot or crossing the street.

Location, Clean rooms very comfortable enough space to relax after a ling day at the parks. Some water damage in hallways but very minor in all.

Had to pay for wi-fi,had to pay for maid service ,when you called about something they didnt know.....it was like you were bothering them. Called around 9pm coming back from disney asked about room service and what time do they close at night ...we were told they were open all night. Got to the room at 10 pm called and they told us that room service stops at 8pm. When my wife told her that we just called and they told us it was open all night. We are sorry about that... Not worth the money!!!!!!

Good stay for families. We had a two room unit with full kitchen. The location is great and if we come down for another trip we will definitely consider Weatgate Palace.

My only complaints are the room was not completely clean (dust bunnies along furniture and walls) and bathrooms in slight disrepair (water damaged walls and molding). Shuttle service to the parks is misleading. It's better to get preferred parking if your hitting the parks with little ones.

Love the rooms, the full kitchen and the two bathrooms. Beautiful views of the city. All the amenities were fantastic.

The mattresses on the beds were extremely uncomfortable and really needs to be replaced.
